Competent but not excellent location. Ordered lunch to go at around noon ok a Saturday and there were only a couple people there. Noticeably under-staffed, and thus service can be slow, but the people who were there were nice.
Ordered 2 gyros, 2 small curly fries, a classic lemonade, a strawberry lemonade, a regular vanilla shake, and a regular chocolate shake. The lemonades were fantastic, with real strawberry puree! While they don’t have tzatziki, Arby’s gyros are quietly really good, and have beaten many actual Greek places in our estimation. Solid fries. Shakes had good flavor, but a bit icy in consistency.

Got a bad sandwich from another Arby’s the other day they had hardly any meat on it now this is what I’m talking about this store does a good job service cleanliness and they make better sandwiches , and my order is always correct here

Online advertisement says that an Arby’s you get a free roast beef sandwich, but when I went by the Arby’s they’re only giving 10%, which why would you go and get 10% off, when you can go to Buffalo wild wings or you can go to applebee’s, and the meal is completely free you can even go to Golden corral and get all you can eat buffet for absolutely free that’s normally $20, but here at arby’s, a regular roast beef sandwich you only get 10% off which only saves taxes…
You have one day a year, only one day a year when you can give a veteran a free meal, and only one day out of the whole year and only one sandwich, and you can’t even give that, when you got out of the restaurants like Golden corral giving away and all you can eat buffet for $20, or I just got finished with Buffalo wild wings, where I got a $15.99 bill for absolutely free, but Arby’s one day a year can’t give up a four-dollar sandwich to a veteran who fought for the country……. Only 10% to save taxes, every other restaurant is doing a lot better than that, that’s a shame and because of that I won’t be back at all…

I visited this Arby’s yesterday evening on December 18th. I had the most simple order. #3. The French dip meal with a sprite. The gentleman gave me my meal with no Au Jus sauce so I spent nearly $17 on a dry sandwich and a large order of little pieces of curly fries. I’ve been eating at this Arby’s for over 20 years and the service has gone down the toilet. Very doubtful they’ll ever get a dime of my money ever again.

Just received this RAW buffalo chicken sandwich in my order. Over the phone, the supposed “manager” of this store did not seem to grasp the severity of serving raw chicken. This is a clear health violation. See attached pictures. Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible service at this place. Walked in and got no greeting or acknowledgement, walked in to pick up my mobile order and the young lady didn’t know how to talk apparently. I got my order, came back to my hotel and realized they forgot my curly fries and my spoon, went back to get my curly fries that SHE forgot and had to show her proof of purchase on my receipt. She rolled her eyes, scooped my fries, put them in a bag, then I asked for ranch and she got attitude about that too. Mind you I was literally the only customer at this restaurant and there was 2 employees. No excuse for forgetting my food.

Order cheese sticks but got nothing but shells waited almost 20 minutes for my food and this is what I got horrible service got my half pound cheddar sandwich and didn’t even have no cheddar on it was the same size as a single call them up to see if we can get it fixed but put me on hold and never answered again

Having to wait 10 minutes for curly fries and a wrap in the drive thru and being asked to pull into a parking spot but my order still being incorrect is insane. Attitudes from the staff because I didn’t want to pull to the side to wait longer but when I did my food came out 2 minutes later. What was the point in having me move? The car behind me had to park as well. The standard of quality service has died. Might as well close this place too.
