The food is great. I enjoy the baconater. The bacon was nice and crispy, salted great, everything was amazing. I loved how filling it was and the, again, the crispness of the bacon. The atmosphere was decent, and the staff were friendly. Those little things made my experience amazing. I also loved the spicy chicken sandwich, because, who doesn’t? The Coca-Cola Freestyle machine is also pretty cool, thought sometimes it glitches or malfunctions, but those aren’t hard for the staff to fix from where they are, and most of the time, they don’t even need to have help from staff. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to eat.

I sometimes eat at 12am, when i get the fries the are nasty.. like they have been sitting all day. They are horrible. I would not feed to my dog. They should be fresh. Whats up with the cheese too, not even melted. Do better Wendys

Never ordered a Baconator that literally only had two pieces of bacon on it. Definitely a sorry excuse for the name that it carries. I also got a asiago ranch club. It had no ranch on it and literally no cheese. Not sure what’s going on with the store, but it’s definitely gone downhill.

I will preface this by saying that the staff members of this Wendy’s are top-notch! The two ladies i interacted with this morning were absolutely lovely. 🙂
Now, to my assessment of the food I bought today. This was the first time I had tried breakfast at Wendy’s. It was a tremendous disappointment, which was absolutely no fault of the staff members. They can only use the ingredients provided to them. I got two English muffin sandwiches, one egg and cheese, and one sausage and cheese. The muffins had a strange texture, sort of bun-like, and they disintegrated easily. That would have been something I could have overlooked if not for the fact that they tasted horribly sweet. It did not pair well with the egg or the sausage. The cheese completely disappeared into the muffin, and I could not taste it at all. The egg was standard and inoffensive. The sausage was okay. It was slightly spicy, but I have a low spice tolerance.
In future, I may try Wendy’s breakfast again, but it will absolutely not involve any more English muffins.

One of the worse Wendy’s I have visited. Went through the drive-thru, tried ordering a salad with spicy chicken instead of grilled, and they stated they aren’t allowed to swap out chicken. Excuse me, all other Wendy’s I have visited and personally worked at, have let the chicken be swapped. Also, didn’t take off the salad of my order after I said I didn’t want it, since the chicken couldn’t be swapped. Still charged me for it! Also, didn’t give me my ranch dressing. Secondly, my chicken nuggets were hard and cold. Definitely not fresh or at the standard of being in the heated container for only the recommended 1 hour time. Thirdly, didn’t ask if I just wanted the combo deal, just assumed I wanted just a sandwich. Lastly, the staff seemed distracted, not wanting to make the food, and just wanted to stand around talking to each other. Never will visit this Wendy’s again. Wendy management team you need to do better.

I went to get breakfast and I got there by 1030 and ready to order and the time went to 1031 I asked to order a breakfast chicken biscuit honey and the man in drive thru said you can’t order breakfast we just switched to lunch menu. I am mad now Wendy’s I will not come back springfield tn. I know a lot of people who i will tell not to go to wendys
