Order Ham, egg and Cheese. Paid for Ham, egg and cheese. Got no Ham. Really that’s a minor thing. But what will happen, when you order here, is they will ask you wait at the first window, or go wait at the front of the restaurant to keep their service time low, when it actually isnt. Not a big thing. It is still burger king. Its just what the service is like.no one is rude.sometimes they can be pretty nice.just don’t be surprised if their drive thru process seems odd.

Came in for lunch to go. Paid $15 for a combo and the onion rings on my burger were OLD and the fries they gave me weren’t full.. how I get a medium fry with this $16 combo but my fry portion is like a kiddie meal.. NOT cool definitely won’t be back to BK.. too many other burger chains out here for them to do customers this way especially at these prices

Staff look absolutely miserable and I completely understand their frustration because your customers are equally frustrated. This was the weekend prior to Christmas. I had shopped all day and was looking for a quick meal on my way home. I ended up sitting in the drive through line for 10minutes not moving. Thought I would order on line and save time in drive thru. After I placed that order the drive thru line did not move another 20 min. Unfortunately we were all stuck. Eventually people got out of their cars and discussed getting it out of line and how. We managed to move one at at time and all 6 of us got out. I however had already paid for food through the app. So i parked and went inside the where the same back up was going on. 20+ people standing around angry. I walked up to the counter at the food pickup to explain I ordered on line 30min prior but assumed the drive thru was down. Another customer immediately said to me good luck I have been waiting here for 30min. When someone finally walked over to speak to me they respond “ok ” then walked away to check for my food. I waited about 5 mins more before finally getting my order. I saw no one else get food before I left. No employee ever apologized for delays to myself or anyone in the restaurant. They never even acknowledged any issue. They were not friendly. They were essentially zombies barely making eye contact. Food was your average Burger King food.

This is a great fast food restaurant! It’s been recently remodeled and it’s super clean. Service is quick and really friendly. The food is fresh and they really stack on the toppings. Fries were perfectly salted and my burger was made exactly according to my request. This is a good one and really worth a stop! Give them a shot!

Had to give a great review to this burger king. Awesome service and great food preparation. My flight was late coming in on Nov 10th and I rolled in 2:53 am. And let my tell you those chicken where well made just as order and tasted fresh. But the best part was the service. The young man at the window was so friendly at 2:53 am. He was very up lifting after such a long day. If there were 7 stars Id give them 7. Keep up the great work!

The location is not the best. The food is ok, not great. The inside is nicely designed but I did not like that I had an order of 3 medium fries in it and when I was waiting, the girl prepared the 3 fries, but consciously though she prepped 3, put 2 in my bag. The other girl seemed to ask her about it, she waived her away. Then gives me my order and guess what yall? she left the 3rd frie out of my bag on purpose!!!!!!! When she was serving it i was kinda confused and thought everything was there. I spent like over 40 bucks. And low and behold when I go to serve the food to my family after I leave, that one set of fries was missing. There was just 2.
Its like that girl was told to do that to me on purpose and guess what? You got your wish, doll. Im not eating at that burger king but the world doesn’t end just because you choose to single me out because of hidden agendas, and not serve me my order right!!!!

I’ve been standing at the register waiting for someone to take my order it’s been 10 minutes and I’m the only person in line. I haven’t been acknowledged once in the last 10 minutes. Terrible location.

Repeatedly I’ve came to this Burger King and repeatedly had problems with ahkeme, he’s always angry and always in a horrible mood!! The moment he told me he dgaf today i lost It, but there was a witness who was very dissatisfied with his actions! Ryan came to the rescue, he was a gem and paid for my food out his own pocket due to the card machines being down and the way I was treated by AhKeme (don’t know if I’m spelling it right)! Hopefully he finds a job he actually likes

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went this morning ( which online and sign on store says 24/7) I went around 6:05, I understand drive thru was open at 6 so thought they might be a little late so I waited. Nobody came out. At this point it’s 6:15 so I start driving around at the windows to see if any workers? None. I end up parking and trying to go inside which says dining area is open 24/7 all the lights are on and no workers, I am knocking on the windows and stuff while atp there’s been a good line of people and people are starting to leave. I end up leaving around 6:35-6:40 I was there waiting for someone to just take my order for 35 mins. I know I shouldn’t have waited that long but all I wanted was just French toast sticks 🙁 I tried calling the store number and it said the line was busy and no one was answering. At one point I thought I saw an employee on their phone but honestly not sure if I truly saw or it was just some item I saw in the windows. Anyways. I did not get French toast sticks and maybe do better for morning shifts 🙁 I’ve been here early too before after I get bloodwork and there’s been people working, but today there was none.
