Stopped in here late on a Monday night. The atmosphere is pretty typical, nothing special. The service was great. Minimal staff but they were working hard and getting stuff done. Food came out in good time. They were very accommodating to whatever we needed. The food itself is pretty good. My only gripe with the food I ate was the Mac N Cheese was a little over salty. It can also get a little pricey but that’s the world I guess (about $50 for, 2-Normal cheeseburgers, 8 – mozzarella sticks, 10 wings, a shake, and Mac n cheese). Pay attention to the day of the week you go. They have discounts on certain days. But overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back when I come back out to ST. Pete

Not fast, but fairly quick food here. The burgers are ok in a city full of choices. It looks good in the photos & reviews. Depends on if you want fairly quick or really delicious. This spot was a notch under our expectations. The employees are very polite and accommodating. The person at the counter was one of the highlights of our visit.

We had been waiting to try this place. We were excited about burgers and cocktails as the sign proclaims. The service was great, the girl taking our order was patient and helpful as it was our first time. When we asked about drinks she pointed to the sample beers and I said, no what about the bar. She said something like of the manager will have to open the bar. Mmmmmkay.
So as it turns out the bar (beautiful and would be a terrific bar, lots of TVs the right amount of seats) doesn’t have a bartender. The manager keeps the alcohol locked behind a closet door and when you open it there’s… A cage with alcohol locked up. So we need to decide what we wanted so he could get the one bottle out and then lock it all back up. Mmmmmkay. The nice woman who worked there did her best and make us 2 just fine drinks. We felt bad because this is absolutely not her job and she is clearly not a bartender (she was awesome! But inexperienced and not her job and clearly not setup to really be a bar).
I’ll be honest. We saw trivia. Live music. Full cocktail bar. Score, we were pumped. On a Saturday night there were literally my group and 2 other people. The Uber eats machine went off constantly but ya, not really dine in. We asked about trivia and got a non answer.
So… Odd right? Anyway. The burgers were absolutely terrific. Zero complaints, prepared exactly as ordered and brought out steaming hot. Tots and onion straws were excellent. Mozzarella sticks were Gina fast. Fries were excellent too. So, absolutely grab a burger (or buff chicken, or fish sando, or veggie options, or chicken wings) here. And they have a nice canned beer selection. Maybe get one of those.
Fingers crossed the owner or manager hires bartender because we’d be regulars here if they had a solid bar. I wasn’t sure how to rate this so I gave 4 stars service, but to be clear the service was great, just missing a key peice.

Great place for a burger joint. They keep the place clean. For fast food that isn’t healthy, it does a good job. The people there are very nice and helpful. Hood shoestring fries. Full bar is a plus. Plenty of parking.

They served me raw meat. Not rare but raw the texture was like grownd meat you get at the supermarket. The bottom bread was so soggy it wasn’t edible. I had ordered 2 burgers marked them well done and both had the same issues. (I added my own cheese at least they respected that I didn’t want cheese)

Don’t think I’ll be going back to this spot next time I’m in the mood for a burger. The lady on the phone sounded bored and like I was interrupting her break time when I called to place my order. The burger was just ehh… super greasy with a soggy potato bread bun. I asked for pickles and a side of the monger sauce and didn’t get either. The other burger we ordered was fully cooked and even more greasy/soggy. I paid $20+ for two burgers that were less than satisfactory. The restaurant and bar itself appears clean. There was no one else in there at 5:00pm on a Friday but now I wonder if maybe I’m not the only one who feels this way?!

Unfortunately, this is one of several occasions where Burger Monger has provided unsatisfactory service. Most recently, we ordered online and arrived at the system-specified pickup time on Friday, February 27th. I’m unsure why the cooks can’t prepare more than 1 order at a time, but they became so far behind due to their slow cooking practices that my order wasn’t ready until 20 minutes later! This is after the initial 35 minute online order head-start before I arrived to pick up the order. The continually inaccurate wait-times have become a problem for us (high price for little food AND ridiculously slow service). There are too many other good competing restaurants in the area to continue allocating funds to a sub-par restaurant. Work to be better (and train some cooks to multi-task….I mean seriously, it’s burgers!).

Quick good but not fast foods. TOOTIE Offered us great service with patience as we decided. We plowed through several choices, like burgers, dogs, 2 vegan/vegetarian options, and a fish version to select steak monger, a juicy burger with mushrooms, and the greatest version of an upscale hot dog smothered in bacon. Awesome waffle sweet potato fries and crisp standard fries complemented our main meals. There are two types of tea, sweet and unsweet, and two types of lemonade, so I made a tea with lemonade. Also the shake with chocolate fudge—YUM!
We sat in the booth and table area with table games available.

Burger Monger struck out for us today. Very disappointed with our experience. Had to wait 5 minutes before ordering because the staff was figuring out what was wrong with the previous order. I decided that the Blazn bacon blue looked amazing, dripping with cheese.
However, when we got it the cheese was barely covering the burger patty. There are also no “meal options” I get this isn’t fast-food persay. This is where the value really gets out of control with a “sharable” fry. Basically bland French fries not seasoned. Mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way either. It’s a good thing we had our “one size only” drink to wash it down.
For 2 people, we spent roughly $50. Taco bell was before this turn, maybe we should of just went there sadly. At least take our money and fix your dining room tables.
