I went to the Wendy’s on highway 18 for a quick lunch and one of the female managers had the nastiest attitude when I asked about a sauce, she rolled her eyes and said “I don’t know what to tell you it’s sauce ” if not on a time frame I would have left right there without ordering. Please treat customers with a little more respect

I door dash food for the students at the school this morning. The Dasher flip over the drink and said that the store would not remake it. The meat was burnt on all 3breakfast sandwiches, no egg on my sandwich. This was a waste of money. There is no sense in calling the store to complain because they never try to fix the problem so I just decided to post a review with photos attached. The Dasher gave me an empty cup. Like really. He told me that the worker didn’t put the top on the drink and it flipped over in his car.

Weird experience. I thought maybe I got there late or something but it says they close at 1 am. (I looked after the fact trying to make sense of things. I got there at 11pm) No one spoke to me. The guy handed me my food (it was speedy, no long wait.) I said thank you as he handed me the bag and he just glared at me. Stone cold glare. The little guy at the register window seemed uneasy to even tell me what I owed. I’ll be honest ..I wondered if I should be concerned about eating my food. Get down the road and grab my burger out of the bag and noticed the bun was hard. Opened it up, checked it out and took a bite and it was cold and hard. I see others have had bad experiences here so it’s safe to say I won’t make another stop here again. I was close by and thought Wendy’s! I’ll get a burger my mistake. Do they understand without customers there’s no paycheck or reason to be there? Bizarre. Anyways. I just paid $8 for a Dr. Pepper. Because my burger was a no go.

First off, it’s hot inside of the restaurant and plenty of flies to go along with it. After placing the order, a cup with half a scoop of ice was given to me. All of the drinks had a weird taste, even the sweet tea, then they took my order off the screen and didn’t call my name. So I got tired of waiting and went to the counter to see what was going on and found out I had to have my order remade. The Sauce Nuggs picture was very misleading.

I left the Wendy’s in Clinton because they said they was closed to come here. Got in line behind 3 cars. Young man came and said sorry our system down and it will be down for 20-25 minutes and I don’t know how long it will take to come back up. That was around 11:40. So when the system got back up it will be closing time.. I don’t know what is up but my baby girl won’t be eating Wendy’s no where in the near future

Ever since they got this new manager, it has been awful! I used to love swinging by and grabbing something right quick, but it’s more of a hassle than anything now! The line always takes forever, my food is almost always wrong, cold, or a sloppy mess & it’s obviously bc the new manager can’t keep up bc there’s never been a problem before they started.. Night shift has gone soo downhill. I’m ready for it to get back to normal.

Got to this location Friday July 25 at 12:40 am. When I got to the window, I was greeted with an annoyed voice that said “our system is down”. There was no pull around lane so I was stuck in the drive thru lane behind 2 cars. Then I saw the 2 cars ahead of me grab food after never exchanging money. Pretty clear what happened. Workers wanted to close shop early and give the end of day leftover food away to their friends. I probably dodged a bullet though. If the hires here are this lousy, I can’t imagine how bad the food would be.
