We waited at the counter to pay for long enough for us to wonder if we are supposed to seat ourselves. Once the lady came to the register she was more worried about talking to our kids than just letting us pay for our food after we had already been waiting. We paid $16.99 each for two adults and around $4 for one child. The buffet had absolutely no fresh pizza, the pizzas out were made up each slice of another pizza. The soda I got first had no syrup in it, only carbonation. My child had to use the restroom and it was the dirtiest, nastiest bathroom I have ever seen. I had to clean the floor in front of the toilet to be able to stand and hold my child over the poop covered toilet. When I went to get my child’s drink I watch an employee scooping out the ice from under the grate into a bucket with her bare hands. While she was doing this the grate dropped into the floor and she walked on the grate before picking it up and putting it directly back onto the soda machine. There was trash on the floor. The place was filthy dirty and we paid almost $40 to eat a couple stale pieces of pizza.

Me and my fiancé came in close to their closing time, and we were treated with the best service I think we’ve ever received at a restaurant. Ms. Roshelle and the man cleaning the dining room tonight provided such amazing service and made us feel so welcome. They baked fresh cookie pizza and some fresh pizza for us. Thanks to the pizza chef, we enjoyed a delicious meal as well as a fun atmosphere. Thank you for such an awesome experience tonight guys!

Ok peeps so the pizza ranch totally rocks wow .1st time ate there literally guess any pizza you like them to make they are a buffet, and Ben 10 you rock and the other guy thats the cook we had a fantastic experience. And if you haven’t been there its a must fosho Ben and the cook last night are a grate asset to that restaurant. So let’s get more star ratings. Over 190,000 people reads my reviews which all knows . Im very honest so give them a try even have a location in branson also no haven’t ate there but if it the bomb in Springfield and really hope there staff is like Ben and sorry didnt catch the cooks name but he and Ben rocks .the way they kept the food bar updated wow totally worth it please give them a try they have other different foods items on bar also . And a salad bar aswell soft serve ice cream its the in place

You can have 2.5 of 3- value, quality and service and if your whining about tables not clean, go down street. Great family all you can eat place for the money. Love the pizza, but the chicken is great with stuffing and mashed potatoes. Price includes salad drink and desert.

I came here because my family wanted pizza and they have a gluten free pizza crust. The family can eat the buffet, because none of them have the allergy that I have. I ordered a gluten free pizza with extra cheese. I was seeing all of their pizza from the buffet that had the extra cheese on top of it. When I got it, my order was wrong. I was told they put their extra cheese on the bottom. I’ve never in my life heard of this, and it didn’t have extra cheese. I was very disappointed with it. We waited for over 30 minutes for the remake of the pizza and the manager walks over to our table to argue the fact that it was made per how the order was put in after waiting 30 minutes for the remake. My husband then asks her to remake it so she walks away and remakes the pizza. I then see her talking ugly with the worker that took the order about the fact that she had to remake it since the order was taken incorrectly and made incorrectly the first time. It’s Overcrowded with not enough room for customers to walk around the tables and not built for big parties of people unless the room is reserved in advance. This was our first visit here, and sadly I don’t think we will be back!

Staff was friendly, place was clean, they offer military discount. Foodwise potato wedges weren’t good(super soft and taste like oil) everything else was pretty good. Chicken was juicy, mashed potatoes and Mac N cheese looked and tasted good. Regarding pizzas, it’s obviously not the best pizzas i ate and I can even make something better at home. But for pizza buffet they were pretty good, I’ll say better than anything you can buy frozen in the store.

I had been to a Pizza Ranch in Kc, I liked the fried chicken but wasn’t impressed with the pizza. Tried the one in Springfield and still loved the fried chicken and was pleasantly suprised with the pizza too!
The place very clean, staff was friendly and they kept the buffet full. I liked the pizzas and they had a good variety. The fried chicken is so good, I ate more of that than pizza.

First time visiting. Greeted by Staff that was friendly and helpful. Immediately invited to ask them for any type of pizza I wanted. Did so and they gave me a pager that buzzed when it was ready. Worked perfectly and within 15 minutes. Atmosphere was clean and inviting. Food was plentiful and they had many different selections to choose from. Appreciated the military discount. Will definitely come back.

It’s our first time to visit today because it’s my son’s birthday and he wants to go there. When we get there, not a single clean table in sight. We have to wait for a few minutes before someone clean the table. Food is definitely not worth $15…. not a lot of options for a buffet. When we are done eating we went for a dessert table and nothing in there. We waited until we left and it’s completely empty.

Recently priced for what you can have on the buffet. I’ve been reading reviews about their chicken that’s what I came for and it was not bad light breading tasty and crispy skin. They had several pieces to pick from and they also offered to make your own special pizza if you want it. I had the blackberry dessert pizza chocolate chip cookie and a cream cheese they were all delicious. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend anyone to go there and I will be back even though it is on the South side of Springfield.
