Had a $100. Tab delivered to be missing multiple items an have my food under cooked left home to get more food due to us missing food for me to get back home a my child asking about there burger being raw ‍♀️ would never order or eat here again ! & had to drive up here , which defeated the purpose of haven it delivered ‍♀️

I don’t mean to be so harsh,,, but the food that they serve should be up to par even if it is curbside. I ordered alfredo chicken pasta,,,$18.34.
I had stopped coming to this Applebee’s because of this around 3 years ago, but I decided tonight to give them another chance. And for what? The same exact problem,,, the noodles were stuck together some look uncooked and some didn’t, the sauce on it was so skimpy I had to put my own sauce on it from my kitchen,,, the chicken was hard, and the whole entire dish tasted like cardboard,,, no seasoning whatsoever even on the chicken,,, the garlic bread stick that they gave me was tough,,,
I’m done with this location. Then they give you such a small portion,,,

The food was a lot better than expected compared to previous visits months ago. Someone recommended I try it again and agree the food quality is better

Service was initially very slow. With only one other person in the restaurant we were sat quickly by the host. The server took over 10 min to take our drink order. We saw the host go to the back to let the waitress know somebody was at her table. After That the service was excellent and very attentive.

The Atmosphere is something to be desired. Definitely very rundown inside, just dingy and dark. There was a noticeable odor, but not overwhelming. We were sat near the window and had to kill a few flies and gnats on the window. Inside definitely needs to be revamped and refreshed.

I don’t think I will be back since the inside was just not a clean feeling. The food again was good, hot, and fresh.

There is obviously zero management here from the front door to the kitchen to the takeout area. Went in tonight and hostess was nowhere to be found, most tables were empty & dirty and when all 3 hot/hostesses appeared the female spent the entire 2.5 hours we were there on her cellphone talking and texting at the hostess stand. The waitress was friendly, but when I was serving tables I would have refused to take any of the overcooked items brought to my table tonight from the kitchen. We were told the Mac & cheese was frozen and that is why it took so long, the fish and chips actually had black pan burns on it, which seemed odd since it should have been deep fried, the grilled cheese burger was a hockey puck and it took over an hour for food to arrive after ordered in a restaurant that had about one third of the tables occupied. The owner should immediately find a new management team because there is no way this bad of a dining experience could be one manager not doing their job. Front of house, kitchen and product all failed. I have had serious issues with takeout quality, portions and accuracy , each and every time the inside was mostly empty when I came in to pick up the order and noted all the issues. If orders are wrong and like I have experienced take out and dine in are normal, how is this place in business? Kids meals had 6 fries and 9 fries total and the 2 adult meals were over cooked and hot, but the fries were ice cold and 4 meals worth of fries would not have filled the old Togo paper French fries containers Applebees used. No seasoning on the fries. Even the children’s chicken tender meal appeared to be cooked & recooked at least twice

Where to start. Our waitress wasn’t rude so I guess there’s that but she barely came to our table. The food was horrendous. We got 2 different sandwiches with sauces that were next to non existent. We didn’t see our server or any other for the duration so we couldn’t ask for more to ease the pain of how wildly overcooked and dry every part of that meal was. We asked for no pickles, no tomato and both sandwiches had pickles. Again, no server present so we couldn’t ask for it to be remade. They didn’t have the basic ingredients to make a whiskey ginger. While we were dining we witnessed an interaction with other diners and the staff. A guest was told to have a good night. The guest said “After what just happened you don’t deserve a good night”. Rather than being compassionate or trying to figure out what went wrong, multiple members of staff laughed audibly at this guest before they left the building. The lack of care and customer service at this location is just appalling.

Service was great, food was not. The newest item, the chicken alfredo fettuccine parmesan, looked great on the menu, presentation was lacking. The chicken was fried to a crisp in unseasoned batter, and difficult to cut. The marinara sauce reminded me of Chef Boyardee, the fettuccine alfredo was bland. The pickle fries and mozzarella sticks were good, but I made the choice not to fill up on appetizers. Also there was a dying roach on its back right by the hostess podium, and unfortunately that was an omen my whole party chose to wave off. I’ve had better food at Applebee’s, but the quality has been going downhill over the years. I won’t be going out of my way to eat at any of their locations.

I normally dont like leaving negative reviews but I decided to get to go for lunch today with a co worker. They messed up the order and gave extra order of what i ordered instead of what my co worker ordered. The To go attendant was great but food was subpar, old and tasteless. I was expecting better for the first order of the day (Ordered earliest time for pick up) and there were no other food customers inside yet. The salad was old and the 2 for $25 is a good value IF the food is prepared properly and with care. Unfortunately that wasnt our case and we won’t be back.

I actually want to give this a 4.5 stars rating but it won’t let me. We got the $9.99 meal deals and they were delicious. It was actually alot of food for the price. Our server was very nice and attentive. I will definitely go again for this deal.

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING!!!
My name is IceburgOfficial on Tiktok, and i have built a large following (so you understand i am not trying to nitpick). I also do Google reviews. It is rare that i have to leave a negative one, especially from one of my favorite places to eat… To start, i ordered there top notch Long Iced Tea…. the drink tasted like tea in a can ( watered down and weak). We ordered our food, and it took forever to come out. My wifes steak looked like a hockey puck (severely overcooked). Her boneless wings looked old. My sons burger was dry, and my food wasn’t the best. Our server NEVER came to ask how we were or if we needed anything. I have visited so many Applebee’s that it has become one of my favorites. This was my WORST Applebee’s experience.

TO CHESTER APPLEBEES!!!! Terrible
customer service from general manager Jeremy. Made up “store policy “ that isn’t posted anywhere and only he knows about it. Couldn’t even explain the purpose of policy. Will never come back. Just a reminder of the quality of a chain restaurant. Eat small businesses only!!! After encounter decided to get check and go somewhere else that appreciates their paying customers over a $6.00 poorly made drink. Btw Jeremy you screwed your restaurant out of a high average check at lunchtime. Make sure if you order a drink and you don’t like it you know that Jeremy’s restaurant will not allow you to order another drink.
