Arrived at Wendy’s looking to enjoy a peaceful meal. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, it was a scorching sauna. I mean, I know it’s cold outside but be reasonable of your heat settings. Anywho, walked up to an empty counter with a sign that said, “Kiosk working” So went to the kiosk and placed my order. No receipt given as it stated it would be given with my food. I went to the counter as stated on the screen, and the funniest moment happened. All the employees at the same time looked up and just stared at me, like they were wondering who in the world I was YET not one person said hello or even greeted me. I chuckled at this. My food was finally done and I was called. Food was delicious. No problem there at all. Just don’t expect any service.

First off, I really like Wendy’s burgers. They have some pretty decent food, in my opinion. I have to leave a reduced review for this Wendy’s though just based on the customer service. I will say that there is one lady that works there at the drive through that is really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I have been there multiple times and the lady at the drive through mumbles so bad that you cannot hear a word she’s saying. After multiple times saying “I’m sorry, what?“ she speaks up clearly, but then goes back to mumbling. At the window she was extremely unfriendly, and again mumbling. If you’re working the drive through, you should have basic communication skills, and have some basic customer service friendliness. This has happened 3 or 4 times over the last month. It’s gotten to the point where if I get to the drive through and I hear her on the speaker, I will leave.

I’d to try it becuase i noticed a lot of Wendy’s spots during my last visit to USA.
Nice classic bugers, good french fries and not too much options of sauces. I got only Ketchup and mustard. Couldnt get barbique or Mayo which was a bit weird for a brand like Wendy’s
In general nice burgers
Medium prices (expected to find cheaper prices) but seems like the Americans loves this brand.
Maybe i will try it again in my next visit. Maybe they will renew a bit.

The only thing that’s a decent price on this menu is the double stacker cheeseburger for $2.99. It’s a decent burger if you add extra everything, like tomato, lettuce, pickle, mayo and onions. Then you have something that can approach a In N Out double double, not as good but way cheaper. $2.99 is a deal, but $8.00+ for the other burgers is not!

Waited in drive-through line for 10 minutes. Thought they had technical difficulties so I pulled up to the window of drive-through to order The guy told me I needed to go all the way through the line again because they are busy. Acted like I cut in a drive thru line when I asked to order at window.
