I’m usually fairly critical of fast food places, and usually found it easy to complain about things, but this experience was excellent. The food did take a while to get to us while dining in, but they were slammed with people. The Manager was clearly working hard to get orders out accurately, while working with new staff. She didn’t let the rush get to her and kept encouraging her team. She apologized to each person as she was handing out orders, and at least seemed sincere in her apology. I appreciate her and all her staff for doing a great job in a rush I hadn’t seen there in quite some time.

Cost is already ridiculous for the quality of food, on top of ordering 4 kids meals and none have fries and ordered extra on top of that. That went so well. It’s every single time something’s missing or wrong. And they ask what did you order nearly every time like they have no idea? What is with that. Would never go back if the kids didn’t want it.

What happened to employees taking orders inside. Now you have to use their slow kiosks. Then you have to wait 15+ minutes for “fast food” that’s usually wrong. It’s also insane that there is no where to get your own drink refills, napkins or straws.

We decided to eat inside because we had a little extra time before an appointment, glad we had that extra time…
We ordered from the kiosk and sat down. There seemed to be a lot of people waiting when we arrived. Took a long time to get our meal- which was incorrect. Had to wait in line again to get the correct food.
Needed a napkin – none are available, you have to ask for one. After asking the employee for a napkin, he offered me two waded up napkins from his pocket. I asked for fresh napkins. He begrudgingly bent under the counter and gave new a hand full of new napkins.
There is no place to refill your drinks here.
Also, the music is turned up too loud.
Overall bad experience here.

This is your average McDonald’s, but with a harder to find entrance. You might as well go to the other McDonald’s that is not too much further down the road, next to the Greenbriar road Wal-Mart.

Due to inflation fast food has had to adapt and find value for its consumer base. Mcdonalds has rested on its laurels and in doing so, has let shrinkflation devour any semblance of value. Everything Mcdonalds has to offer has been reduced in size and quality while prices have ballooned to being borderline ridiculous. This particular location is dirty and slow as well.

It took well over 30 minutes for a coffee a 20 piece bugged a ten piece nugget and two fries with only three other cars in drive through and one other person in front of me in lobby just ridiculous

Update: I had to update my review after multiple poor experiences. I use the app to order curbside to try to have a faster trip. Multiple times I have parked and submitted my parking space and begin the wait. This last time was over 20 minutes, which during the wait at least 25 cars passed through the drive thru. There reason was “they were busy” if you see the picture there isn’t a car in the drive thru. They may recieve the orders in order but they do not deliver them in order so drive thru is prioritized no matter what they say. My food sat on the counter and was cold by the time I got it.

Mickey D’s is a favorite of mine for the McCrispy chicken, fries, and chocolate shake..yum. I, however, am not a fan of the kiosk to place my order. I can see how they are helpful for business. But, maybe staff can keep a closer watch on the front counter for customers like me.
