We hardly ever receive what was ordered, right. They take it upon themselves to substitute items for random items without informing us that they DONT have what we PAID for. Management is nonexistent here.
I’d give zero stars if there was the option to do so.
Orders two pies. Got 1 pie and 3 cookies-
I’m deathly allergic to chocolate and could have ended up in the hospital without my epipen.
Seriously considering legal action at this point.
The guy taking my order was quick to take it, he was waiting for me at the window and was ready to give my receipt and is always polite. The next window the older gentleman did not greet me. Did not say it would be a wait on my order which ONLY consisted of……a frappe! He was waiting on the young lady in a red (management type) button up shirt. He had the window slightly open. She sounded like she was complaining about making my cold coffee. Making remarks I assume because yes, the weather is cold today but still I want my frozen coffee. She kept walking back and forth taking forever making it until another lady in a black button up came and grabbed it. The one in red yelled for the older gentleman to come to the window and take care of the orders (he never came). So the woman in black handed it to me. No apologizes on the wait and it was the longest I’ve ever waited for a frappe. Cars were piling up behind me, it was ridiculous. This is a reminder to not come here in the mornings. You got attitudes from people who apparently don’t want to work with the public this early in the morning or possibly not at all. And the one day I don’t get my receipt (I told the guy I didn’t need one), I get shitty service that I can’t fill out a survey for. Now that I’ve read some of the reviews it seems like just a month ago, the same person was talking crap about a customer behind a window thinking they couldn’t hear! Smh The fact that she’s some sort of manager or lead is CRAZY because she has no sort of customer service skills whatsoever!!!

It’s McDonald’s, so my expectations aren’t sky-high and all but I’ve got to say, they’ve really stepped it up lately. My advice: use the app to order and know your pickup time. Curbside is my go-to, especially during busy hours, and it’s been super smooth. Everyone I’ve interacted with lately has been great in the customer service department. I rarely ever have to pull up to another window to wait for my order anymore. Looks like there’s been a change in management or staff, and it definitely shows. No complaints here!
