Mainly 3 stars because I used to work corrections and the inside reminds of a prison chow hall you literally pick up your order from a slot in the wall and bare minimum basic inside no soda fountain in dining area and one screen for menu you can tell stuff was removed. Idk what happened or is going on but you should remodel to make it look friendlier at least. Staff is nice tho and the food is always good just three stars because it reminds me of it.

Store hours show this location is open at 5am we arrived a few minutes after 5am for a mobile order of steak egg and cheese biscuit to be told “it’s gonna be a minute, ain’t nothing been cooked yet idk I think everybody woke up late or something” so we told them “we don’t mind waiting that’s fine” the cashier closed the window and walked off talking crap about how we placed a mobile order and that we was just sitting at the drive thru window (we weee able to hear her complaints through the close window clearly, then employee returns opens window and says “I need you to move from in front of the window, you’re running up our drive through time and I need you to move to the front of the store and just wait there if you don’t mind”!!! It’s now 5:20am and I’m still sitting in front of the store waiting for a McMiracle for a lack of a better term… smh poor planning if you ask me

McDonald’s has the best reward app. I get a lot of free items or discounts just from eating a few times and the strawberry cream cheese pie they have right now I hope it’s not just for the occasional their seasonal whatever because I absolutely love it and have gone there so many times in the last 2 weeks for it I hope I don’t gain too much weight but I sure do love them!!

Terrible service.
We hardly ever receive what was ordered, right. They take it upon themselves to substitute items for random items without informing us that they DONT have what we PAID for. Management is nonexistent here.
I’d give zero stars if there was the option to do so.

Orders two pies. Got 1 pie and 3 cookies-
I’m deathly allergic to chocolate and could have ended up in the hospital without my epipen.

Seriously considering legal action at this point.

The guy taking my order was quick to take it, he was waiting for me at the window and was ready to give my receipt and is always polite. The next window the older gentleman did not greet me. Did not say it would be a wait on my order which ONLY consisted of……a frappe! He was waiting on the young lady in a red (management type) button up shirt. He had the window slightly open. She sounded like she was complaining about making my cold coffee. Making remarks I assume because yes, the weather is cold today but still I want my frozen coffee. She kept walking back and forth taking forever making it until another lady in a black button up came and grabbed it. The one in red yelled for the older gentleman to come to the window and take care of the orders (he never came). So the woman in black handed it to me. No apologizes on the wait and it was the longest I’ve ever waited for a frappe. Cars were piling up behind me, it was ridiculous. This is a reminder to not come here in the mornings. You got attitudes from people who apparently don’t want to work with the public this early in the morning or possibly not at all. And the one day I don’t get my receipt (I told the guy I didn’t need one), I get shitty service that I can’t fill out a survey for. Now that I’ve read some of the reviews it seems like just a month ago, the same person was talking crap about a customer behind a window thinking they couldn’t hear! Smh The fact that she’s some sort of manager or lead is CRAZY because she has no sort of customer service skills whatsoever!!!

It’s McDonald’s, so my expectations aren’t sky-high and all but I’ve got to say, they’ve really stepped it up lately. My advice: use the app to order and know your pickup time. Curbside is my go-to, especially during busy hours, and it’s been super smooth. Everyone I’ve interacted with lately has been great in the customer service department. I rarely ever have to pull up to another window to wait for my order anymore. Looks like there’s been a change in management or staff, and it definitely shows. No complaints here!

So tired of this McDonald’s having long drive thru wait times every single time we try to come. This is the second time we’ve done a mobile order and cancelled when we saw how long the drive thru was. Curbside spots were full but those are a joke too. I know they have metrics and their times have got to be in the toilet with how consistently slow this store is. It’s faster to drive to Hutto or Rockdale and back than wait in the drive thru here. I do t know why people keep coming here.

Lines are always long. Drive Thru always takes forever. It’s getting worse. I don’t know why this McDonald’s can’t get it together. They don’t answer the speakers in a timely manner. It should not take 10-20 minutes of sitting in the drive thru every single time. I understand they get but other McDonald’s in hutto, round rock, Georgetown don’t take this long.

I ordered an egg McMufin with bacon instead of sausage. I got an English muffin with 2 little pieces of bacon. No egg, no cheese. Had to ask for the drinks. No straw, no napkin. And this was a staff of adults!

After ordering our meals we set out to find the cleanest of the filthy tables to wait for our food. The cleanliness of the dining room was messy at best, wherever you looked there was paper and food on the floor, sticky and crumb covered tables, a group of teenagers that were so loud and obnoxious we could not even have a conversation and absolutely disgusting restroom, too filthy to use. After waiting nearly 10 minutes for our meals, we checked on it and found it sitting on a shelf for pickup orders, when we clearly ordered for “here.” We will never be returning, it’s too easy to drive out of the way for a McDonalds that truly cares for their customers.

McDonald’s is what it is but this place is bad even for fast food. I went through the drive thru and order a very basic combo. I asked for no changes or add-ons. After a while the voice from the speaker told me “ummm I don’t know how to do all of that.” I pulled off out if aggravation and called to tell the manager how a quarter pound combo tripped up the guy working the headset. Her response wasn’t much better. I don’t know how that was even possible!
