We ordered on the app. When we got there our food wasn’t ready. We parked out front waiting 20 minutes before I decided to walk in. Our food was sitting on the counter now cold. After touching them to show them our fried pickles were replaced right after he poured out our touched cold ones right back into the tray of the fresh ones. Their trash is always full, our food came in a plastic grocery like bag. Getting back into the car double checking the bag to find out the red beans and rice was missing. So driving back around thru the drive thru for them to tell us “We don’t have any”. So we substituted. Then getting home to find out I had 2 bottom buns for my sandwich. This place has really been going down hill.

Very very disappointed. We ordered 2 orders of the 12 piece wing combo. The only thing good was the cokes. The fries were cold when we got them, said something the kid said they just cooked them they can’t be. The wings both orders were way over cooked and no seasoning on them see below pics of very dry over cooked chicken. For paying over 36.00 this should have been way better. I will be contacting the cooperate office as they need to get better training to that location and need to fix these issues before they end up closing do to no customers when the issues can be fixed.

I usually love this restaurant but going through the drive thru last night the food was not great and the young employee were not there to do there job they are kind of rude not personable they do not use any hand hygiene. They will touch your money or your bank card. They will touch their touch screen to pay and then they will go prepare your food. It is not a friendly or clean environment. Hope that it gets better in the future.

This will definitely be my last time at this Popeyes. I’ve tried not write a bad review or contact the owner via email for the sake of the employees, but I spent too much money for a lunch that I couldn’t eat. For my to-go order, I ordered a large red beans and rice, two spicy breasts and two spicy wings for nearly $19. The red beans and rice barely had enough beans to call it such. The rice looked as of it was old because the rice around the rim was discolored and hard. But the absolute worst was the smell from the beans and rice. It smelled almost putrid! I decided I didn’t want to get sick so I didn’t even attempt to taste it since I couldn’t get the smell out of my nostrils. I’m sorry, but I can’t go back because every single time I visit, there’s an issue with the food. Also, the women’s bathroom is rarely clean enough to use the sink. Paper towels (if there are any) all over the floor and it looks as though it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.
As the owner, I advise you to make surprise visits or send someone in as a mystery diner to check these things out for the sake of your franchise.

Waited over 30 minutes for an order I placed online for pickup. Everytime I come into this location, they forget something, the chicken isn’t cooked thoroughly, or it’s a long wait. And the service is always rude.
The lady at the front counter usually ignores everyone coming into the lobby because she’s too busy on her phone. She will literally scowl at incoming customers (it’s not just me, I’ve watched her treat other customers with the same crappy demeanor). The least they could do is greet their customers coming in, they won’t even do that. They just look at you like you’ve interrupted something.
The bathrooms are disgusting, look like they haven’t been cleaned all day. The lobby is just as trashed. The food was okay.
Problem being is they forgot to drop the chicken wings for our order which is what also made the wait so long. In the end, they gave us apple pies, extra biscuits, and extra wings but honestly, does not make up for the horrible service throughout the whole experience.
If the gratuity was there in the beginning, I might’ve had a different perspective but forgetting my order, ignoring me even as I walk in the door because they’re too busy on their phone, and then poor conditions throughout the bathrooms and lobby was just disgusting.
And then at the end hand me “free apple pies and a biscuit” to think it makes up for the amount of time I wasted is insulting, really. I just want my money back for that waste of an experience.

Well, this time i have decided to go for some fried chicken, so I decided to try Popeyes, i ordered the big box, a meal that had a couple pieces of chicken, and two sides for you to pick. Drink not included. The meal was a disaster, first the chicken tasted old, seems the chicken had been in the wormer for a while, so if you order any entrees of chicken take it to your table and inspect it. If it looks old overcooked chicken take it to the counter and demand either your money back or freshly fried chicken. The sides that I ordered were good, the rice and beans were ok and so were the French fries. Also you can ask not to include chicken breast, the breast is very dried that makes you drink more liquids , you have the right to pick the pieces you like ,make sure you speak to the manager until you’re satisfied with the transaction, if after this if there is no solution, demand your money back. And take about two blocks to KFC you will be glad you did.

Food was great, but the man at the window (cross dressing as a woman) was extremely rude. I went to ask for sauce at the window and before I could get my words out it said “according to corporate policy I can’t add anything” and closed the window. So when “it” opened up the window again I said “I can’t even add a ranch and he/she rolled its eyes and threw the sauce in the bag. I couldn’t even ask him for ketchup for my daughter’s kids meal before he turned around and walked away. Not going back to this location again.

Came in to pick up my order Friday Febuary 13, 2026 at 5:45p.m. and the lady at the register has 0 customer service skills and was very rude to all customers in the lobby. She is a heavy set woman with Native American features about twenties to thirties in age 5’6 or so with her hair in a bun and a pen through her hair. She was not wearing a name tag. Very poor attitude and very rude. Hopefully Popeyes can get better people representing their company.

Great sandwich and chicken, This is our third trip here. The chicken sandwich walks on water. Each time it’s crisp, great fried chicken, mayonnaise, pickle, and each time I take great. We wanted some of the fried chicken nuggets but all gone! They are that good! So I tried the fried shrimp. These two were great and the sauce oh my! Spiced up enough hot not to be overwhelming but just right. They to were perfectly fried. We will be back!!!!

Popeyes has arguably the best fried chicken of any fast food joint in town. I recently visited for a sandwich. After a poor experience at the window I decided to go inside. The girl working the register was one of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever met, and was disrespectful to everyone around her. She didn’t say one word when I walked in, and she didn’t even look at me. She stood at the register and watched videos on her phone. I asked if she was doing something, or if I could order and she snapped back, “I’m just waiting on you.” Really? I wouldn’t have known that. I didn’t even think you knew I existed. I asked to speak with the manager. He was working hard in the back frying up some food (bonus points for a boss willing to get his hands dirty!). The same employee stood next to the manager, watching her phone the entire time while he apologized for her bad customer service. How disrespectful. Not to mention her attitude and behavior made for an unfriendly atmosphere. The manager was very nice and apologized and was quick to remedy the situation. I will be back because of him.
