Had my breakfast sandwich messed up Sunday morning , spoke with Natasha on the phone 10 mins later and she told me when we can back to mention Natasha and they would remake the sandwich for me , I came back through this morning (Tuesday, literally two days after not even) as too I had work and she rudely claimed that I only had 24 hours to come back which SHE DID NOT STATE ON THE PHONE AND TRIED YELLING AT ME TELLING ME SHE SAID THAT. She absolutely did not and was very rude to me. I would like to hear back from someone else or I will keep putting my reviews

This McDonald’s constantly has problems. I honestly hate ordering here and almost never do. I worked late and decided I had not tried them in awhile and maybe it improved like other locations can. I ordered pickup for the lobby. The door was locked. I tried going through the drive through and was told to try the other door on the other side of the building. They said there should have been a note on the door. When my boyfriend did what they asked he informed them about the door being locked and did not have a note on it. The lobby rep said “what note”.
The lack of communication is concerning.
I highly recommend burger king. It’s the only other thing in town and at least they won’t make you do circles around the building to pick up your food.

The worst service ever I basically bought an 8 dollar bottle of water.. I as a customer have the right to say no drink how simple is that server says you can’t buy a meal unless you buy a drink soo okay water it is get to the next window pick up order sir please pull over and wait 10 minutes no one shows up so pissed off after waiting for a meal that should have been ready when I pulled up to the window I said to myself see ya not waiting for couple of cheeseburgers and fries that probably sat under the heat lamps for an hour. Point I’m making is hire a manager that has experience in training and customer service. I will tell American Citizens Eaton Rapids McDonald’s needs to do better for there customers and not tell there customers to wait and not deliver as expected. Attitude and customer service are the strong points of a business. Build a team that treats customer with pride not just pull over and wait..

HORRIBLE! Absolutely horrible.. constantly have to pull ahead at the drive through. Wait almost 10 minutes for my food, only to get the wrong meal, ordered a Big Mac meal, got Double Quater Pounder meal. Even after I asked the worker if she put BBQ sauce in the bag for the nuggets, and she insisted she did, I get home and it’s ranch. I’m not sure the competency of these people anymore, pretty easy to read a receipt and put in the correct bag the correct items.. it’s not rocket science. Cone on ER, do better.

One of the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The employees actually care about serving you. The food is always fresh and they are fast, like they should be. It’s hard to find good service in the fast food industry anymore- it’s nice to find this gem in the most unassuming little city.

Very disappointing! I stop here when I’m in town because it’s my hometown and today was bad. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with cheese (deluxe) and a bunch of other stuff and burgers had cold cheese so the buns fall off and no cheese on my sandwich, it gets old to pay for cheese and never get it! Beware, they no longer care here!

Order the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal because I was going to get Monopoly pieces with them but I did not. Food is pretty okay but just disappointed because I would not have chosen McDonald’s had I known I wouldn’t receive the Monopoly pieces.
Decided today February 3rd that I would take my kids for a treat to McDonald’s. I ordered $14 worth of food that included My double quarter pounder a McChicken two things of fries two beverages and four piece chicken nuggets. But of course the one thing that was not in my bag but the chicken that gets for my very autistic child. So now I get to be yelled at for his food not being in the bag. Moral of the story regardless if they make you pull up like they always make me or if you’re at the window always double triple check your food
Food is less than best. Far overpriced for the standard basic “fast food”. I really distaste the fact that you never have the fries filled up.
9/16 Decided to take my sweet baby child to McDonald’s today just to again be disappointed why am I being charged for a large fry when clearly it’s lacking fries. I wish I could say I ate some in the car but I in fact did not. I had to make sure the bag was closed and hopes that the food would be warm when I got it to the house. This shrinkflation is getting ridiculous. I will be making an appointment to check the bag in front of these employees if I do bother coming back to this location. Do better eaton rapids.

What service? McDonald’s has lost any consistency it ever had. Fries were old, and flavorless, no salt at all. Chicken nuggets were REALLY overcooked. I know it’s processed chicken but normally it is not rubbery.

Bradley has been at the pickup window at this location for a long time, and EVERY SINGLE TIME he remembers me even if it’s been months, greets me with a smile, tells me to have a nice day and when he sees my kiddo with me he waves to him and makes his entire day EVERY TIME. Huge round of applause from me
11/10 Lon was amazing, I got to witness him training and I have to say he is definitely doing a great job!!! 10/10

I’ve been in the past three days everyday they are missing something from my order and they always think it’s funny and it’s non of their business but my apartment just flooded so them treating me this way is very frustrating because I’m already dealing with life I don’t need to come back five times to grab something I already paid for
