The quality of food was one of the worst I’ve had from any chipotle location. Steak was mushy, fatty, gristly and undercooked. Chicken was not much different. Rice was half hard and half mush. I WILL NOT be coming back to this location. Wish I could have a refund. Crazy waste of money. I don’t think this company even cares.

I went there last week. I made a mistake and accidentally put the pickup time an hour ahead. Totally my fault. However, when I went in and it wasn’t there, he insisted it was at the other Chipotle. I went and checked my phone, came back and explained my error. He was very rude and said there’s nothing he could do. I asked if I could get in line or wait, he said no. So rude! I like when a 16 yr old talks down to me.

They were out/low of many items the rice was crunchy like it sat for a long time. The chicken was fine for the most part but also a bit overdone. Workers seemed cold/disinterested in serving customers. We were checking out and the cashier just left after I put my card in the chip reader with our food still behind the counter. We waited a bit for her or anyone else to grab it for us but we ended up just reaching around and grabbing it ourselves. Would recommend driving a bit further for a better experience.

Little backstory, I wrote a review about this place two years ago (see attached photo) when I used to come here frequently. I recently found myself back in the area and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake, this place somehow got worse.
It’s the same old “manager”, honestly, I don’t even know if she is the manager, the Black lady (and yes, I’m Black too, so no racist intentions). She is consistently rude, shorts you on portions, and talks to you in a condescending tone like she doesn’t even want to serve you. She rushes you through your order and acts irritated by your presence.
While I was still in the middle of ordering, she kept making snarky comments under her breath, which was enough for me to walk out mid-order.
This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone who’s supposed to be in a leadership position. On top of that, the place itself looked awful.
I will never be coming back here — even if they offered me a whole year of free Chipotle (okay… maybe not, but you get the point). I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location entirely.

Almost everyone I saw had plenty of tattoos … nothing to do with food, professionalism, seating or parking.

Overall bad experience at this location on a Sunday afternoon. Featured menu items out of stock, employees were unwilling to communicate more than a grunt, had to repeat multiple times that we wanted to buy chips and guac with our meal, soda machine wasn’t working, forks and napkins weren’t stocked. After asking for forks, they did provide them but made no action to refill for the next customers, who also had to ask. In observing the employees while we ate, it seemed like the manager was not fostering a good work environment, they all kept to themselves, didn’t communicate with each other and did not seem happy. Will not return to this location.

They weren’t even busy, but the chicken was dry, they were out of fajita veggies and plain rice (lots of people can’t have cilantro because it tastes like soap), and gave me very small portions. The lady was also annoyed that I even asked for plain rice. Chipotle needs to step it up, this is becoming the norm at all their locations. I wish there was a Qdoba nearby.

went to this location, got home, eating my bowl and l bite into a LONG piece of hair… disgusting. but that’s not the issue. the issue was the back and forth + rudeness received trying to obtain a refund for this nasty food that l obviously could not eat once l bit into someone’s hair. yuck. so l call chipotle customer service, they’re no help and connect me to the store… a manager says “no problem, come in to our location for a refund”… well l live 30 minutes from this location so l finally get a chance about a week later to pop in for my refund… THE RUDEST WEIRDEST staff, first of all LOSER the refund isn’t coming out of your check so why are you giving me pushback over $14… so they start questioning me like i’m a criminal “why did it take you so long?” “what manager did you talk to?” umm excuse me… why am l being interrogated when you’re the ones who served me hair?!? then this manager (Deshawn or Dejohn) says l will refund your bowl only… me: no sir you need to refund my entire meal (chips and drink) because once the hair came, l threw it all away… he goes BACK AND FORTH with me… mind you IM PREGNANT, just drove 30 mins, plus another manager kindly told me to come for a refund no problem… so l don’t know what this man’s problem was. then he goes “you’re lucky i’m in a good mood” HA… i’m lucky that your restaurant served me hair in my food which led me to have to drive back here for a refund… but thank you for graciously giving me my extra $4 back. WORST CHIPOTLE EVER. on my soul, l will NEVER return. nasty food and nasty workers!
