Food was horrible. I couldn’t eat it. The manager refused to help. So we couldn’t get the order fixed or couldn’t get our money back. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. Had to order dinner from somewhere else spending more money on top of what was already spent. I hope this location gets shut down or better management.

I came to order a few slushes. Lady came on the speaker & said “hello” as if she was answering the phone. I said. “Yes” then her next words were “what you want”.
When I told her green apple she said they don’t serve it.. I informed her its on the menu. This employee had the nerve to say ,”do you want to cancel your entire order then”
Sonic has gone downhill & I will drive to Gardendale because there’s no customer service skills here any more.

Slow and can’t even count change back, she tried not give change back and I had to ask for it. She owed me 85 cents and caught my attention when she gave me 1 penny. I gave it back to her and told her she owed me 85 cents and she tried again and said is that right this time? I said no just keep the change and she said thanks. So this girl is keeping change for herself. My last time here for sure.

Most terrible Sonic location ever. Food is always pre cooked and cold. The burgers and the tots every single time i order )and i live literally 2 mins away) always seem to have been sitting, do they not have warmers at least to keep the food somewhat hot? Don’t bother customizing anything because even tho it’s on the receipt i can guarantee nine out of 10 times your food still won’t be correct. I do the survey every time i order and NOTHING ever improves.

I went with my boyfriend just a couple minutes ago, we pulled up to a stall, pushed the button, someone answered and I tried ordering but she told me she couldn’t hear me so I tried repeating myself, she then chose to stop taking my order and act like I was never there. Went to another stall and pushed the button, they answered but said absolutely nothing so I decided to go through the drive thru. They finally decided my money was worth it and the lady was rude. She kept rushing me to finish my order and then when we got to the window, I asked if my milkshake has brownies in it and she said no, then I tried to add brownies and she shut the window on me. We get home fully expecting to have a double cheeseburger meal and cheese sticks. They gave us the burger but no fries, turns out she didn’t ring me up a meal and didn’t even get the burger right. So this sonic needs to find new employees because I promise, working at sonic is not hard, I’ve done it and was nice to people. Do better.

I went to the Sonic for lunch and ordered what I consider a burger. And before you ask why would I want a burger without a bun, I have Celiacs Disease, google it. I assumed it would be in some sort of container when I got it but no . I did get my fork and knife though… it cut right through the paper. It’s already difficult enough having to eat this way just to try and enjoy the food you like and then to have your food served to you like this.

The best Sonic I have ever been to and it’s not close! Omari brought out the best mango slush I’ve ever had with a smile on his face at 10 PM and the Christmas decorations are top notch!
