1st visit yesterday. We both had the short rib burger = excellent! Had a satisfying meat to bun ratio, and was cooked perfectly to my specs. The meat had a wonderful charred smoky flavor. The onion straws are delicious as are the fries. There are a variety of available sauces. Staff was super nice & helpful, especially Kahliyah. Decor is basic diner style.

ordered a grilled cheese and i got two slices of cold cheese on a flipped over burger bun. cheese not even melted. then my boyfriend got his burger and it was room temp like it had been sitting out. worker also dropped the food on the table without saying anything. we requested a refund because it was inedible and the worker came back immediately with no manager after telling us she would bring one over, and then just left our refund receipt on the table without another word? it felt like they knew our food didn’t come out good because of the way this entire situation was handled, they just wanted us in and out without a single word. i’m very disappointed because i’ve been here probably 10 times now with no issue but now i won’t be returning and i wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

This lunch was really good. I wish they had some home made fries. The burgers were great. The employees were so super nice. They were keeping space between tables for COVID and they picked up trash and made our drinks which I think was not usual? I’m not sure? This was my first visit. The food was delicious!

Food was great, cooked to my specs. My son got a milkshake that he said was really good, not sure he even tasted his burger before it was gone. Wife was in full approval of her meal as well. Staff was friendly without seeming forced to kiss up. Came in for a late lunch at 3pm and was gone by 3:40. Nice work, folks.

Good burger, they cooked it the way asked. I had the Black N Bleu with sweet potato fries that they cut thin. My meal was great. My wife tried the Bayou burger with potato tots. She enjoyed her meal. Our experience at Burger 21 was great! A big thank you to Abby for great and friendly service! We will eat here again and I suggest you try it too.

I ordered a short rib burger with tator tots (the sides), the #10 (OMG burger) with 2 milkshakes and it was VERY disappointing. Each burger cost about $17 which is WAY TOO HIGH for a burger alone and the small side cost about $4 just for about 20 tator tots with 2 shakes that cost almost $7 each. The price definitely doesn’t match the experience AT ALL. I would recommend everyone to go somewhere else to get your money worth.

Mixed bag here. I ordered my Black and Bleu burger cooked medium and didn’t get that, but the blackening on the patty was *superb*. Could have done with more bleu cheese as well. Otherwise everything was fresh and well-made. The place is clean. I’m impressed with the dipping sauce selection. This is still likely the best burger joint in Kennesaw and the price isn’t that much different from going to Wendy’s, so I’ll probably go back at some point.

Absolutely delicious! Burger 21 is my boyfriend and I’s go to. I love their sweet potato fries, chicken tenders, and buffalo chicken sandwich. The environment was clean and our order is always cook to order. The only con is that with certain entrees, you have to add on the drink and fries.

Great spot for very quick better than fast food burgers. Chicken parmesean ‘burger’ my nephew says is great. He always gets that one. I love their Bacon Cheesy burger that was only $6.99. You know, they are always very fast with bringing the food out no matter how many people are there. Full bar is at this location. The place is always clean, even the bathrooms. Staff has always been very friendly and welcoming every time I have visited. Updated 2/24/19 If you join the loyalty rewards when you spend $100 you get a $10 patty and free rewards on your birthday and anniversary. There were a lot of not so positive old app reviews in the Play Store. The new app revision allows you to scan without having to connect to your debit or credit card. I think the new app revision must be better than what the old reviews were saying. At Christmas I bought two $20 gift cards and got two $5.00 coupons with each $20 card. One $5 coupon had to be used before 3/1/19 we used them all up. What an awesome way to stretch your dollars and get credit toward the $100 also. They always get the orders right every time we have been there.

Burgercoma with a side of onion strigs-heaven was my written review 4 years ago. Four years later, a different story! Declined in every way but price! After paying nearly $33 for One Adult Burger with side of sweet potato fries and One kids burger, side of onion strings and One drink add on…after my husband said No cheese, allergic to cheese..this photo displays a lot of Cheese and one overcooked burger.. unable to eat. What happened? Same location..seemed understaffed and the staff was biting at one another. I sat at the counter for my drive thru pickup order. Was barely acknowledge, awaiting my drink cup so I could finally leave, one employee told the other, I am OFF the clock!
