Very good service. Staff is friendly. Drive thru is quick & orders are correct. I just tried the Big Arch sandwich. It was delicious! It was hot. Burgers were very good. I love the sauce! I hope they keep them on the menu!

This was once a family oriented place that cared about going the extra mile in service by serving the breakfast on a plate with real silver ware and quality knapkins when dining in. It’s been a few years since I been there as I moved out of the area. I stopped in for breakfast after an appointment near by. When I went in the atmosphere and decor had changed to dull and drab. It reeked of corporate smart people meddling when they should have learned how it operated and why customers like me frequently ate there in the past. To conclude it’s now in coffin stage waiting for burial.

The order we place was completely incorrect. While waiting in lobby to have the order corrected the employees were more worried about socializing and goofing off. The employees behavior while having the order fixed was very unprofessional. Then people walked in that were not in appropriate attire walked behind the counter and started bantering and socializing about their night plans with the employees. Employees then became more worried about the people behind the counter than helping the line of customers. Those same individuals were touching the work area and food without ever washing their hands. That is not sanitary at all. This store has gone so far downhill with their service, with the employees and their work etiquette.

Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru line for a pickup order. The girl running the register was more interested in texting in her phone than taking the payment of the person who was waiting at the window. Once I finally got my order, the Coke was straight syrup, the fries were colder than a frozen bag of fries straight from the freezer, and the nuggets tasted like they may have been cooked on Thursday and then just thrown in the microwave for 17 seconds. I know it’s McDonald’s, but good lord, take a little pride in your work.

Made a mobile order at 10:15am & once I got all the way home I realized they did not give me my correct sandwich.. drive all the way back & got there only 1 damn minute after breakfast ended & they refused to fix their mistake. All very rude.

Horrible customer service. I don’t usually eat at McDonald’s and I asked for the price of something and the staff was extremely rude. They also overcharged me for my order and added stuff I did not ask for. Furthermore; they didn’t give me my fries and extras like bbq sauce. I had to ask twice for those items and they give an attitude each time. I’ll make it a point to avoid this McDonald’s. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they just switched me to another rude employee.

VERY UNORGANIZED!!! It is not that complicated to get an order right!!! When it says no pickle on the paper on the sandwich, YOU DONT PUT PICKLE ON THE SANDWICH!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I will be calling corporate tomorrow for this absolute disaster!!! MCDONALDS IN HEATH……….. DO BETTER!!!!!

By mistake I ended up at this McDonald’s again and would give them a zero. I waited exactly 22 minutes for a small mocha frappe. There were a ton of teenage kids working inside there. They were all cussing at the window. My order has been taken off and they didn’t make it so I had to be put aside and had to wait again. They differently need new management here this place is atrocious.

If you want to make a sandwich your way make them understand one complaint of Any and all mcdonalds they ask you how you want a sandwich but I never get it made the way I asked I have to pay for a cup of pickles to get them . Yes they acknowledged it

Ordered 2 McDoubles and added Mac sauce to them, I get to the window and question the price on how it added up, they tell me it’s $1.50 per sandwich to add Mac sauce…. LOL Highway robbery. Wont be going to this McDonald’s anymore.. No other McDonald’s I’ve been to charge that insane amount PER SANDWICH..
