They greeted me right as I walked in and was very friendly and the atmosphere was great so I stayed and ate my food I’ve eaten at different locations but they always are great to eat at and for 20$ they hook you up and I definitely recommend you try it

I unfortunately had a bad experience with finding hair on my food. I order four plates and out of these four, three of them had hair in the food. I drove back and the manager Patricia who was in charge apologized and handled the issue professionally.

I gave a 3 on the food because I wanted pepper steak but I noticed it had mushrooms in it and I informed the server that I have allergies and there was not much to choose from because they cook all of their dishes in the same wok even though I settled for the orange chicken and it was overwhelmingly too sweet I sprinkled pepper flakes to tone down the sweetness but that didn’t help any but as a suggestion to panda express you guys should do something different when it comes to customers with allergies like cook beef in it’s own wok as well as the chicken im just saying

We ordered online with the Panda Express App. It was very easy to place our order.
This is what we had: 1 Bowl – Kung Pao Chicken and Fried Rice.
Family Meal: 2 Chow Mein, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Honey Sesame Chicken Breast, and Beijing Beef.
2 Chicken Egg Roll
The food was ready when the app told us it would be.
It was hot and fresh. The flavors were spot on Each one was its own unique taste.
The only thing a little off was the chow mein noodles were a little dry. Added some soy sauce to them and they were fine.
It’s a good go to for Chinese fast food.
We will be back.

This is my second time coming to this location and having to wait 20 plus minutes for food. Last time I came in there were literally no options of meat nothing looked fresh and everything looked picked over. Today, the same thing. I understand you all get busy however it’s not fair for the customer who is looking for fast food to have to wait 20 plus minutes for their food. If I wanted to wait I would have went to a restaurant. No apology was offered or anything. The food did not look fresh and the and when i finally got home I realized the rice was hard .

A company canceled my catering order to feed 150 people 2 hours before the event. I called desperately to this location and the staff worked so hard in accomplishing my catering order with a kind and bring it on attitude. I come to this location at least twice a month and order Cream Cheese Rangoons every time. At least 25% of the times I come, one of the Rangoons is not properly made or is completely empty of the cream cheese filing. Can you please have a better quality check, or let your employees know this reflects poorly on their customer service?

I enjoyed a fast lunch here. The drive thru seemed busy and seems to take priority of walk-ins when there is a rush, but it was not that much more of a wait in reality. Make sure to sample your cravings because this time the shrimp seemed a little off. So I went with orange chicken and broccoli beef and was not disappointed. Overall a good experience and love the modern aesthetic of this particular branch.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had at this restaurant. It’s bad enough that they had us talking to an AI to take our order, but the meal I ordered was bad. The Green Bean Chicken was 95% green beans (as seen in the photo). The broccoli in the second dish was mostly inedible stems. The rice was ok. Not going back if this is what they feel comfortable serving to people at these prices.
