Honestly I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered my food. Waited 30 minutes. Got my food. Went home. Realized I had the wrong food. Was extremely nice about it. Still got wrong food. And they give me attitude?????? Like I’ve been nice this whole time and this is how I get treated. Thats insane. Ill go to the other side of town before I return here.

ordered a chicken basket
waited almost 30 min…..
asked for onion rings…got tater tots (didn’t even get the ONE onion ring that was supposed to come with it anyways)

I’ve never had a worse chicken sandwhich in my life. The chicken looked and tasted as if it was a week old. Disregarding the look, I tried to bite through it and couldn’t as the picture shows. This is what a $6 sandwhich looks like at this location. I would give it zero stars if I could and I certainly will not come back to this location.

The staff members seemed happy because of the smiles but that hasn’t ever made me misjudge a prestigious store; OF ANY KIND! This is America, I shouldn’t have to order a deluxe burger to get a regular Ole hamburger with cheese. Not cool. When you take into account of the size, that’s a girl hand holding that burger. If you order a burger, get a deluxe burger. they aren’t bad tasting burgers. I just don’t feel like in America you should have to specify “deluxe” for it to have anything other than two pickle slices on it.
