This is my favorite McDonalds mostly because of Nakia the gal at the drive thru. She is so welcoming and fun that I look forward to going there. Nakia has been there for a while and when I randomly bring her up to other people in town, everyone knows her and says the same thing – we all love her! The other employees are great too! The food is prepared well!

The McDonalds by me (Westway) was unable to help with a 21 person breakfast I needed and I called this McDonald’s on the fly and they were so helpful. Leevon Debose helped the most. She was very nice, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything. It’s nice to still see that kind of service every once in a while.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The woman taking my order was very upbeat, funny, and cheerful. I thought to myself after she took my order in the drive through, “I need some of whatever she’s had this morning!”, and then she handed me this after I paid! Also, the moment I got to the window my order was handed to me. This McDonalds will always have my business.

Night shift manager was asked to help her employee that just started. Instead of helping she did nothing. Left her employee whom had no training to figure it out herself while she played at the drive through. Her attitude stunk up the whole facility. Do better Mrs. Manager. This is why nobody wants to work. Can’t even get the proper training or help when asked. Shame on you.

The service was horrible! And the food was worst! The lettuce was completely wilted and inedible and the gave me two bottom halves of a HB bun– no top part of the bun. The LG Sprite was city water, no Sprite flavor. The fries were cold….

Stopped in for a double quarter pounder meal. Went inside because the drive through was full and I thought it would be quicker. I had to place my order with a kiosk, because no one would come to the counter, which wasn’t horrible. It was easy to use just massive and hard to see everything. I waited 10 minutes for my food and ended up not getting my drink because I forgot to ask for my cup. Get home to eat my meal and my burger looks like something the Mad Hatter put together. Nothing was stacked directly on top of each other and half of my cheese was on top of my bun. The other cheese and onions were on the opposite side of the top cheese and piled up. I had to reposition both patties and buns to get it to look like it’s supposed to and be edible… Normally I like McDonald’s alright. I haven’t stopped at this one because it’s not on my usual paths and I most likely won’t be stopping by again.

They don’t listen to get orders right meat and buns dry fries are never fresh it’s like y’all make the food way ahead of time and let it sit for a rush it’s not cool when we spend upwards of 70$ for a visit! They probably sit around on their phones and talking because ain’t no way food is always like that I used to work at a McDonald’s only way food is stale like that is is mass made and sits
