Staff were very kind and respectful and it was fast service. However this is the 5th time in the last 6months I have got a chocolate shake from here and it has barely any chocolate. It tastes like a vanilla shake. I work at a school so I really do not have time to wait for a new one breaks don’t usually allow me to get out the building much.

I have been inside this restaurant and I’ve been through the drive thru, but I for one will not be returning to this location, I have found a certain manager is very rude and when asked for help, I witnessed her treating the employee next to her like they were garbage. Made me want to defend the person. I don’t remember the managers name, but i do remember the name started with an L. Shame on you for how you treat employees and even furthermore, I don’t like fake kindness, if you don’t like your job, don’t work there. The food was ok, but dry. I’m not going back

Went to arbys on miller rd looked up there online menu i wanted loaded curly fries they they dont sell anymore then asked for pizza sliders and they said they dont sell them anymore either but it all posted on your online menu for what

Very modern appearing Arby’s with new interior, unisex bathrooms and great dining area. I went during Lent so got the fish. Tasty! Fun friendly staff. Fairly quick service. Ample parking. Good location close to highway, malls and stores.

The gal running drive thru hates her life. She stands at the window with her back to the window leaning against it on her phone. This made it impossible to catch her attention to let her know part of the order was wrong which she did not allow us to verify at the speaker. This ended up meaning we had to wait for an additional 4 mins after or food was made to get the rest of the order right. When you pay almost $30 for 2 combos it should be hot and accurate. We can eat at apples and get good service and hot food. Today was disappointing there were no other customers so there is no excuse.to make it worse I just got home and this pic is my fry…tell me you’re joking.

Love the 5 minute wait for my chicken sandwich to be cooked, only to get home and see they didn’t even put it in the bag! So what was the wait for??? Call up irritated with the whole situation only to be told that yep they just forgot to put it in there! I return to the store to be greeted with it was my fault my sandwich wasn’t in the bag! The sandwich takes time to cook is what I was told even though I waited the time they told me to wait and was handed my food and told to have a nice day but yeah my fault for assuming I had all of my food! The manager definitely needs 100% more training he has absolutely no customer service skills or conflict resolution training at all! I asked for a refund on the one meal they for got since I had to make the 15 minute trip back up to the store and was told I needed to bring all my food back for a refund, no compensation no nothing absolutely disgusting manager! I will not be returning to this Arby’s ever! I’ve worked in fasted food for 10 years and would handle a situation the way this manager did! So unprofessional
