The only complaint I’d have is they don’t offer self seating like other dave and busters however the staff was so friendly. We went early so we got seated right away! The staff was so attentive very nice. Definitely will be coming back here. The game variety was amazing. I forgot to add they actually had techs checking on the games to make sure they were working properly. I really loved that!

The food was amazing. My kids loved it. The game cards were a little expensive, but my kids didn’t use all their chips. So the next time we go, they have some on their card. Also, make sure you connect your cards to the app before you play. I didn’t know you got points for playing the games. So we missed out on that. Overall, we will be going back again.

My daughter and I wanted to have some good old arcade fun. Googling Arcades near me brought us to Dave n Buster at the Long Beach Town Center. Entering you are instantly directed to multiple self checkout kiosks. This was very easy to navigate and check out. We were there for pure arcade fun, so we purchased two 90 min unlimited Cards for a total of $115 USD. A bit steep for a kid raised on old quarter arcades; but it did provide very awesome value, my daughter and I completed the entire Jarassic Park shooter game career. Certain ticket based games were included on the unlimited, but not the claw machines or quarter pushers. My big complaints on our visit was the enviroment temperature, stale air pockets and very warm inside the building. Also, a huge lack of customer service presence. I waited 10 minutes to get a drink from the bar, and there are very few employees available if you have an issue or require employee interaction to complete a transaction. Over all it was a fun experience, but maybe something we will do once a year or less due to cost to service ratio. Also, turn up the air flow in a place full of machines and people.

$1 wings, $5 beers and/or house margs for a Thursday night football game is not a bad deal at all. I ordered the carne asada nachos and could have honestly passed on those but that’s ok. Wings were hot and fresh. $14 for a small glass mixed drink is insane so once again, lesson learned! Stick to the specials.

Solid spot! Very clean and all the servers were friendly – we got a table quickly and afterwards all the games were awesome, and in working order!! Food was perfect after late night football game. I wasn’t mad but I asked for a side order of lemon pepper wings somehow she thought I just wanted lemon pepper seasoning.. so I never got the wings. I discovered I was too full so I was glad they didn’t come. We laughed about it after it turned out to be a good thing. NO FOOD PICTURES SORRY

We were seated and waited for about 30 minutes without a single server coming by to greet us, take a drink order, or even acknowledge us. Not even a “we’ll be right with you.” After sitting there feeling completely ignored, we ended up getting up and leaving. Super disappointing experience, especially since we were looking forward to it. Definitely expected better service.

The food was good but not wow. I asked for extra crispy buffalo wings but they weren’t. The service was great though. The server was attentive and friendly.

Our first time here, we redeemed the points for 2 pasta plates n called extra 2 sides.
Pasta portion is huge and has a lot of chicken and bacon bits, no skimping here! Def get the pasta for bang for ur bucks! I couldn’t finish it have to pack togo!
The guac is creamy pairs well w chicharron ( wish they give u more cuz theres A LOT of guac).
The cheese bites was alright, very cheesy tho but i think the outside crust was a bit thick and hard.
The brownie desert was lovely. Very sweet and flavorful of the chocolate, pairs nicely with the cold ice cream!
We went kinda late so is not a lot of people, got our food fast, service girl was attentive and all around great!
Parking is plenty in the mall complex. 8/10 Will be back 🙂
