I go here at least once a week. They ALWAYS get something wrong. it’s either an ingredient added to my food that I didnt ask for, or they didn’t add the correct ingredients. every single time. they always correct their mistakes, but I really shouldn’t have to go in there every single time to get something corrected. I’m sick of it and I know they are too, so maybe just get it right in the first place?? it’s really not that hard. Now I have to drive all the way to a different location because I will never go back there just for them to get my order wrong and waste my time. I try not to be annoying and go in every time they get something wrong, but if I’m spending my hard earned money, I want it right.

Clean business, fairly busy.

Worst Noodles & Company experience I’ve ever had. Both noodle bowls were served ice cold, and when I asked if they could be reheated, I was told, “we don’t have a microwave.” Apparently, neither a fresh portion nor a refund was an option. The staff were dismissive, and the manager rolled their eyes multiple times, which was incredibly unprofessional.
To make things worse, there was no soy sauce available, nor was any substitute offered. The attitude from the staff was unnecessarily sassy, and it’s honestly embarrassing to see a restaurant manager behave that way.

First time here I love carbs and noodles and this is definitely going to be one of my to go to spots . Macy the manager is awesome. She was very informative and knowable of the menu Her suggestions were on point and the rice crispy treats my favorite.

My review is 4.5 Stars. Clean place and very friendly service. I got the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Chesse. Very good flavor and tender chicken, pasta cooked perfect. I would have liked a little more creamy cheese within pasta. Would recommend and would go back.

We always stop when we’re driving through. My fave is Rigatoni Rosa and my husband loves Japanese pan noodles. It’s the best (and relatively healthy tbh) fast-ish food. The rigatoni is always al dente – not sure how they do it for being “fast food” but we’re glad they do! If I was in college here or lived nearby I would probably eat here multiple times a week! Ty Noodles for being consistently great!

Great experience, the service was phenomenal. Never been here before but navigating was very easy due to the help of the workers. My food came at an efficient time and was greatly portioned. Would recommend and definitely try again. Very kid friendly, the kids meal options are very great. I would love to see some more salad options and soup or maybe just more sides in general. Other than that . Perfect 10/10 .

Both my partner and I have gotten violently ill from eating here separately, on two different occasions. I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again. We both happened to get the Japanese pan fried noodles (I think that’s what it’s called) so maybe if you’re gonna go here just don’t get that, it wasn’t that good anyway. Staff seemed nice though.
