Well, to say the least – my lunch was totally ruined. Longest hair in the food I’ve ever seen. Called the number on the app – was told that they will get back to me asap, 5 hours later, still no response from them. Called the number of this branch – no one picked up. Shouldn’t this type of issues be addressed the time that I call? I mean we all see the hair, what else do they need to investigate on? They could have apologised and at least give me a full refund.
Anyway, disgusting and unclean. I did not have fries in my order (thanks God), but when I was pulling up to the window I say how they were putting them in the boxes – no gloves whatsoever, completely bare hands! This is just awful.

Truly a baconator used to be just afew years ago almost 1/2 inch taller and over a 1/2 wider. And where did the bacon go they used to just afew years ago have bacon on both patties hanging over the side. Service was slow and had to wait for a person to take our order. Oh, Wendy’s has fallen to low standards.

We ordered 2 single classic meals with chili. We received 1 single and 1 double classic with fries and 1 with chili???? Then they brought some chili??? Well the chili was not the normal chili that’s expected! It was as if someone had added tomato soup and a can of baked beans!! Unbelievable and not the standards that Wendy’s upholds! This was the Wendy’s in New Smyrna Beach!

This is just like any other Wendy, food is cheap and quality is so-so. I won’t order the value burgers here as you can’t even find the burger patty since they are so small. I love to order the baked potatoes here. They are piping hot. Ask for shredded cheese. Skip the fatty sour cream. Mix the chives in with some butter. Skip the bacon too. I now have a very healthy and satisfying meal. The servers are very polite and helpful. The place is very clean.

This is the cleanest and most efficient Wendy’s I have been to in years. I’m not a huge fan of fast food, but the food was hot and served quickly with a smile. The restroom was clean and the to go area was stocked. The sea salt had a bit more sea than salt and was clumpy, but Florida is humid.

Wahlburgers. Great service. Good food. Reasonably priced. Our party had two burgers and one fish sandwich with sides of fries and sweet potato tater tots, two fountain drinks and a water $45. Has a bar area seating as well as booths and tables.
