Service was inconsistent but I believe is not the server’s fault. She try and did her best with a great attitude and smile, the problem is that you can tell they were understaffed and they were having problems with the registers too. It was a little bit chaotic…that also showed in the quality and timing of the food that was brought to us in stages when 3 of my party was already done with food I was still waiting to get my dish and when received eggs were cold on the skillet. Management needs to pay attention and support their employees in service, they are really trying to make a good job but under those conditions is really hard.

The customer service was good. However, the food was lacking. I ordered a Sampler. The fries and mozzarella sticks were overcooked. Also, the buffalo wings were literally drowning in sauce. Truly, a disappointing experience after a long day of driving. I won’t be returning again.

My friend and I shared the super slam and it was enough for both of us. I was craving pancakes bad and I’m glad I waited for Dennys pancakes. They were delicious, fluffy and worth waiting for. Our waitress was friendly, very attentive to our needs and customer service oriented. This Dennys is right off highway 99 going towards Yosemite before Madera. I would recommend my friends and family.

We came in on a weekend early in the morning, Julie was our server and she took excellent care of us!! The food and the service was fantastic !! And Rachelle was amazing as well they make a great team and manager well very helpful and greeted us with a great smile

Just went this past Saturday. We were having good experiences during the weekday, so we decided to have some dinner during the weekend. I ordered the sampler. The chicken was VERY burned. Sent it back and it was still burned being rock hard on the outside and very odd texture on the inside. My husband’s beef on his burger was burned.
I received my food and I had ordered the Crepes breakfast. They gave me odd looking not so “scrambled” eggs, not cooked right hash browns, weird tasting sausage and pancakes. Not crepes. I ended up not eating most of the food.
I was disappointed when the waitress didn’t write down our order. It makes us nervous when our order isn’t written down because there is always mistakes. I felt disappointed when our waitress said she thought I had pointed at some berry pancake on the menu even though I said crepes and pointed at the bottom of the menu where it said crepes.
As soon as I started driving home, our stomachs were starting to feel very sour and we had food poisoning symptoms until this morning.
Also we had tried to eat here on Wednesday between 230-3. The restaurant was empty. We waited a really long time to be seated. My husband even walked to the back to try and call someone and no one came out so we left.

Walked in and could automatically tell it was not gonna be a good experience.. There was people waiting to check out and people waiting to be seated. Only 1 person at the front. And as we are waiting more people came in. So I’m sure the waiting time was over an hour. The worst part is that nobody even acknowledged the people waiting. 0/10. Very disappointed.

Came here for lunch on a long drive. Men’s bathroom doesn’t even work, we waited 30mins for a table (there was plenty open), and another 20+ and no one even came to take our drink orders. We were with two (thankfully well behaving and patient) toddlers and the staff was just NOT CARING.
