Beautiful restaurant, wonderful service, excellent food. Great date night spot.

Really disappointing, the only underwhelming item of the night. The yolk filling was a dry, thick, under-salted paste. Definitely needed more mayonnaise/vinegar/pickle juice to give it flavor and make it less dense and more creamy.

Fantastic rich, flavorful, herbaceous broth and perfectly cooked seafood (including shrimp, which is hard to do, especially in a hot soup). Crusty bread was delightful. Absolute must-try!

Perfectly crispy skin and flaky, juicy fish. The pureed ramps were amazingly seasoned and the fresh, vinegar zing of the pickled ramps were an excellent addition. Another must-try!

Charbroiled Oysters were a huge highlight here!!!!!!! Thank you Alex for taking care of me and my partner Friday. We came for our anniversary and even though we walked in an hour before closing, with no reservation, and had a full three course meal plus drinks.. you did it with a smile and with pleasure!!!! That made us so happy. Sad we didn’t have a chance to visit before leaving but we will be back! AMAZING dessert cocktails! The Crispy Skin Rockfish was also very good! – HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON!

I visited Salt Air on a recent trip to Rehoboth and highly recommend it. Their customer service is unmatched; the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. You really feel taken care of. The wait, on what seemed to be a busy night, was long – over an hour. However, they allow a wait-list and notified me via text when a table was ready. Once seated, our waiter took great care in asking about dietary restrictions and laying out the specials. I recommend the seafood gumbo, which is excellent. Overall, the atmosphere was nice and I would eat here again!

Went with a group of friends and tried a few different entrées. The chicken was very good as well as the salads and rockfish special. Service was quick and attentive and the place was packed on Saturday so reservations are a must. Jose our waiter was great. Overall a very good experience.

The highlight of our dinner was the charbroiled oysters! They were outstanding, The flavors added were very smooth and did not overpower the taste of the Oyster.. We also had the special rock fish which was done perfectly and complimented with the appropriate vegetables , crab and sauce. In addition, we had seafood gumbo soup, which was spot on delicious with perfect spices.
They offer a Variety of wines, which paired very well with any meal that you would get. Additionally, my husband is a European beer drinker and they had selections that met anybody’s pallet. He enjoyed four different types of beer..
Most important was our server, Noah. He was very attentive, provided details of the specials, and offer us insight information to the menu select selections.

This is our absolute favorite restaurant in Rehoboth. The food is ALWAYS amazing! The service is top notch. The atmosphere can range from cozy and intimate to bustling and lively. Regardless the number of guests, the staff is able to accommodate.

They accommodated our party of nine on 1/20/26. Noah was out server and he was awesome. The food was unbelievably delicious and fresh. I am vegan so it was nice to see some good options. The roasted squash was awesome. I highly recommend this place!

Southern comfort meets the beach! Beautiful interior and good service. Reservations are permitted making it much easier to dine there. Much of the menu is heavy and often fried making it difficult for customers with special dietary needs to navigate. Cornbread was dry. Cabbage slaw was delicious! No dietary restrictions…enjoy!
