This place is horrible. Order a burger & the bun was so stale & hard. They didnt add everything to the burger that I asked for & put stuff on it that i didnt ask for. Went to the rest room & my goodness was it nasty. Used paper towel just throwed on top of the trash can. Urine on the floor & on the back of the toilet. Sink was nasty

Me and my boyfriend always go after we get off work at 10pm when we wanna eat out but nowhere else is open. Last time we went our waitress was just a sweetheart. My boyfriend ordered hashbrowns covered but had onions in it (he’s so picky) so we politely told our waitress that it was wrong and she immediately fixed it. I was looking at the bill and thought we had gotten charged twice (we didnt) I politely asked about it and she explained to me how the ticket was written and she said “actually since we got it wrong I’ll give you a discount” I told her there was no need since it was fixed pretty fast and it was a simple mistake probably on our part (was a little hard to hear on both ends) but she insisted. We thanked her so much and she was just the sweetest lady.

I eat here often, at least three times each week. The food is good and the crew is great and sometimes a source of humor. For example, I slept late one day and didn’t get here until about 10:00. Rachel looked at me and sort of hesitatingly asked if my order had been taken. When I told her what I wanted, she smiled and announced,” I know you. You’re usually here at 6:00. That’s what threw me off. I know what you always order.” Several people responded with laughter and comments. She’s one of the terrific people there waiting to make your day better with good food and friendly service.

Ordered their t-bone meal on recommendation of my buddy who I was traveling with today. He ordered the same.
His was undercooked & was sent back. Mine was tasteless and would not cut easily due to gristle running through it. I gave up after eating half of it. My friend said this experience was not typical.

When I pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant the waitress was standing right next to the front entrance smoking a cigarette, and ironically standing right next to a sign that said no smoking within 25 feet of the entrance. The cook was also outback sitting on milk crates smoking a cigarette. We went inside and were served promptly, but neither the cook nor the waitress washed their hands after coming inside. The men’s bathroom was pretty dirty and the toilet was clogged and unflushed. This food was served quickly and looked fine and tasted fine. I found a few foreign objects floating on the surface of the hot sauce in the Tabasco bottle, which was a little offputting. To top things off they had repairman in working on the refrigerator, which could happen at any restaurant but it certainly did not help with the vibe of this one. I’m a big fan of waffle house and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I’m posting this publicly in hopes that the management will take note and clean things up.
