I placed my order this Morning 12/6/2025 through the drive thru window for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. When thy handed me the cup, it felt very light but there was a long car line. After I drove off and I stirred my coffee to get rid of the foam, getting ready to drink to it, I could not believe how empty it was! If that was not bad enough my food was warm at the top cold on the bottom! It was a breakfast sandwich that’s supposed to be hot!

The coffee was Lukewarm and I had no other choice but to throw everything away! This was not the first time that this has happened to me nor the second. But this time was the worse!

I am a frequent and loyal customer of this store. I place orders almost every week through the mobile app and regularly use my Rewards points to redeem products. Yesterday was my birthday, and because it was a very busy day, I was unable to stop by the store to collect my birthday reward.

The day after my birthday, I went to the store and asked if it would still be possible to receive my birthday drink, but the staff member refused. I was quite disappointed, which is why I am writing this constructive feedback.

In many situations, especially when working with customer service, it is important to use common sense and aim to satisfy the customer in order to build loyalty. Of course, I can afford to buy another coffee, as I do almost every day, and that is not the issue. The issue is that this situation lacked the care that should be given to what is most important to Starbucks: its customers.

In the end, I contacted customer support through the app’s chat to share this feedback. The representative promptly understood what had happened and, as a gesture of goodwill, extended my birthday reward until February 6th.

I hope this message is shared with the store staff, not as a complaint, but as a reminder that good practices and common sense are always welcome and help maintain customers as part of a positive and healthy ecosystem.

I was having the worst morning locked myself out of the house only after placing a mobile order. I got to the store over 90 mins later met Meg, and asked if it was possible to remake my food. Without hesitation Meg said Yes no problem. And now I am having a much better day. Thanks Meg, your kindness is not going unnoticed.

I cannot express how much I loved this Starbucks! We always make sure we visit on vacations and work trip and I always compare them to the ones we have in town. Never have to wait for my items and the employees are always polite. Store manager I believe named Megan (with blonde hair) is extremely friendly and chatted with my daughters while we ordered. Made us feel like we were home! Will visit soon in January when we go back for soccer!

Karen is absolutely the sweetest person who works at this location.
To see a customer be rude over a chocolate croissant was so sad.
She was just trying to warn her it was hot and this woman got upset over it??? Give Karen a raise!! She has been busting her butt at this store for years.
I hate seeing service people so disrespected.
I have been coming here for years and the customers need to learn to respect service workers.

I get this same order from this location (route 50 & Maguire) multiple times a week.. I’m not exaggerating when I say it NEVER tastes the same! I really just don’t understand. For a place who literally uses step by step recipes it’s just not adding up. Some of their baristas are great and then there’s a few (like the one today) who screws up my order and is rude on top of it. Go further down 50 to the Winter Garden location. Save your time and money.

Messed up my order and when I mentioned it I was told thats how its made (I ordered a white chocolate mocha) I’ve been drinking the same coffee for about 10 years I think I know the flavor.
It wasn’t remade either no apologizing nothing I will not be using this location again
