Very POOR. Delivery order, Double California Burger completely made wrong, was suppose to subtract thousand island and add mayo, sandwich only had cheese mustard and pickles on it. This sandwich doesn’t even come with pickles and I hate pickles on my burgers. Tator tots were also very overcooked. I need a $26.20 refund. 2 Thumbs down.

Visited this place while on business travel. I’ll start of with saying it was a pretty busy place on a regular weekday evening which indicates it’s a great place. I tried Freddy’s Original Double meal for $9.99 and it was great. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your order number is announced out loud so you will not miss it. Guest wifi is a plus. One of the best burger places in town. I’m definitely coming back.

I was there with my daughter on August 30th, I got a lettuce wrapped burger and she got a 5 piece chicken strip meal because she was hungry and had not eaten all day. The chicken strips had 1 small strip and the other 4 were small nuggets. It just sucks because we all work hard for our money. If they were out of strips I just wish they would of told us so she could order a burger!

The place was not really busy when I arrived. Placed my order with Victor. He was a very nice & helpful person. The whole crew was great! Everyone was busy doing whatever needed to be done. It was really nice to watch everyone getting along.
The burger was excellent! The fries were perfect. If you haven’t been there, you have to try their fry sauces. They are so delicious.

Double bacon and cheese steak burger. Not too much flavor in the beef. I was expecting juicy but kind of dry and bland. The malt shake was too rich tasting for me. Maybe should have got the turtle shake. Fry’s okay but too thin for my taste. I had a bunch of little pieces in my order that I had to use my fingers to dip into the dipping sauce and grabbing a few pieces at a time. I like regular sized crispy fries.

When I usually come to this location everybody is professional and take my order with no issues. Tonight when I was ordering my food through the drive thru the young lady was rude and rushing me. I was trying to customize my hamburger but she just kept saying ( your drink) I asked her to wait so I can complete how I want the burger done and that I wanted to change fries to cheese tots . Long story short she did not listen to my order and still got it wrong and with an attitude said what you want me to do get you cheese . Then when she went to get cheese she comes back saying we don’t have no cheese sauce ♀️I was very disappointed in my experience tonight.

This location could clearly use some help. When I reached out to the customer service line, they gave me the excuse of oh, they were understaffed, and we can’t control the portion sizes.How is it that a company can’t control its portion sizes.How about this?Why don’t you empower your team members to pull out all the small chicken strips or double them up.Yes, it goes against the corporate greedy bean countermetality that I never thought freddy’s had.But clearly it does. Perhaps this chain expanded too quickly and cannot live up to the standards of its founder. I discovered freddy’s when it first came to albuquerque and it was phenomenal, but now I will never come back. The catalyst of this complaint was a three piece.Chicken strip meal… The chicken strips were all less than an inch long, and maybe a half inch wide.When I went to the cashier, they shrugged, when I went to the fry guy he also felt really bad for what was given. Graciously, he fired up three more to make the six strips equal about two and a half strips of what used to be served. Hey, freddy’s if you want to hire somebody that’s experienced respond to this.I bet you I could take this location and turn it around with the right help from corporate. Once again, the customer service issues that we experience our failures from the top leadership. And as in most cases, that leadership is incompetent as well. A word of advice, customer service.Don’t tell the customer that they’re wrong when clearly they are right. When a fry side employee has to overstep his manager’s failures and correct it at risk of his job clearly, this location has failed on an epic proportion. So if you’re in caralis, new mexico or in the cottonwood area of albuquerque, where this freddy’s is located, I highly recommend avoiding it. Right upThe street is bubba’s thirty three and their hamburgers are absolutely phenomenal.Their chicken strips give you the value that you look for when you pay.As much as you do. Oh, and on top of it, they have excellent customer service. Maybe the freddy’s team could go get some training from bubba….

It’s been a bit hit and miss for us at Freddy’s. Last time the restaurant was dirty, employees seemed stressed, food took forever to come out and was probably our worst experience. My husband wanted their burger, they are tasty, so we went again and was was a total turnaround from last time. Restaurant was busy, but the employees was happy and helpful, and a girl was actively walking around cleaning tables. The soda fountain area was clean also. Food came out hot, crisp, and in a timely manner.

Freddy’s provides great products at reasonable prices. Food is prepared fresh and worth the short wait. Their menu offers a nice variety of meal/snack options. And the custard choices are also great! I’m a repeating customer and plan to keep it up.
