Started off with a bang. The machine didn’t take my payment, so I had to pay at the register and good luck actually getting someone’s attention…
Our orders took forever and they were NOT busy + there were plenty of employees in the kitchen.
Wish I’d know what was coming later. Absolutely the worst food poisoning I’ve had since high school.
Plus .. bonus: I’m pretty sure I was charged twice for this! It said it didn’t take my card, but I have a charge on my card pending. We’ll see if it goes away. If not, I’m not driving all that way. But they WILL be hearing from me! I’m NOT paying TWICE for food poisoning!

Not usually one to complain but come on now who would want to eat cold food?! Ordered on the app on my lunch break, got there not even 5 mins after ordering, I got a large nacho fry, go to eat them and they are COLD not even room temperature cold, felt that like they had been sitting in a fridge. Wasn’t even no where worth the eating them for the $4 you pay for em. Had i not been on a timed lunch break, I would’ve been back to the store. Money wasted bc nobody wants to eat cold food.

Went here with my family (kids all got something besides TB) on December 26th. Ordered at the kiosk, we waited almost 20 minutes for 2 meals, and no, they weren’t busy. 2 people besides us in the lobby, and light to medium traffic in the drive thru. And now the real disgusting part. The UNEDITED Rap music they were playing!!! Not something you want to hear, much less in public, where women and kids can hear! Then to boot, half the food was borderline cold when we did get it!

Went thru drive thru and the menu is not very helpful as well as the guy taking orders. Every time I drive thru they’re out of ice. Not true don’t let them fool you. They’re just too lazy to walk out to the machine in the dining area! When I called them out on it, he said “so you want me to hand you a cup so you can come in and get your ice and drink yourself?” So I had to take my cup from window and get out of car and walk in myself and get my own ice with drink. Shame Shame Shame! And this location is not the only bell doing this. Pay attention people!

i usually have a good experience at this taco bell but after last night, im highly upset. I ordered $40 worth of food. I asked for NO BEANS on all of my burritos, & NO LETTUCE on a taco. well when i got home the only thing that was right were the fries out the nacho fry box & my drinks. all the burritos had beans, the hard taco’s were stale, and had lettuce.. also found a piece of red chip in my taco. & BARLEY HAD MEAT & CHEESE.

Food was sooo bad. Crunch wrap had no meat. Was told they have smaller utensils for serving and portions have been reduced. Food was cold and awful. Also the manager was very rude to us. Won’t be going back!!!!!!

Went into store waited 10 minutes to be helped all while being stared at. Finally one said you can use the kiosk or wait. After another employee who I passed on the way in sitting in her car parked right at the front door came in from her break she took my order. Drink machine was busted and didn’t work right. Employee radio was louder than the stores radio. So I ordered my food which I added a pintos and cheese extra red sauce. When my food was ready another one called my name and dropped it on the counter. As she turned I heard her say she cannot wait till taco bell pulls the registers and everyone has to order off the kiosk. At this point that is not an issue since there is a nice Mexican restaurant mia torro just down the road. And still takes your order in person. So I get to a table. First the taco broke from being dropped not a real big deal. But I thought I was getting a meat taco instead it was mostly lettuce with a thought of beef. Then I get to the pintos and cheese which instead of extra red sauce was very little sauce and only half full of beans with a light dusting of cheese which had to of fallen off something else. In short if your interested Morristown and want Mexican food do yourself a favor go to mia torro where you actually get service and good food. Skip taco bell.

We ordered the cravings box. Food came not boxed and all in one bag. Since we were traveling with kids this was a disaster. To food was wrapped very poorly. It leaked grease. The order was missing items. Got a refund, but all it was a terrible experience.

Drive through. Food was hard and room temperature. Whoever is working today did horrible job. Other times it’s great but today was horrible like it’s been sitting there for hours and hard when it’s not supposed to be. Waste of money.
