Ordered mozzarella sticks got a burger with fries. I asked for marinara sauce and got salsa instead.

I just want to say THANK YOU!!! I was chosen as the customer of the day. I was in town to see the funeral home place my mother’s head stone. I didn’t want to stop anywhere because I was just ready to go. But I had to stop to get my favorite water i normally get. I kept trying to pay for my water and food and the young lady came out and told me I was their customer of the day. Well, I’m officially crying. THANK YOU GUYS!! Sometimes it’s the small things that matter the most!

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 2 milkshakes. I waited probably 10 minutes and then pushed the button again. They finally brought the milkshakes which were halfway melted. They brought spoons and no straws but as melted as they were I definitely needed straws.

Idk what’s going on with the ice machine but if I order a cup of ice, I’d like a full cup. If I order a coke, I don’t want just a sprinkle of ice. Not just this Sonic, but all the surrounding Sonic restaurants. Except Nash. I no longer go there bcz I got a route 44 cup of ice just above half and when I asked about filling it up, the young lady said no more will fit. I just drove away and won’t go back.

I waited 10 mins just for them to answer the red button and take my order. Then another 10 mins for my order! Which was only sweet tea! This is ridiculous! There were 4 other cars there besides me. So the problem wasn’t that they were busy

I ordered on the online app, was trying to get fast service due to child being on the hospital.. Well the app said my food was ready.. I got to the stall and waited over 5 minutes. I requested extra mayo on my burger, they gave me easy mayo… Both burgers were barely warm and the fries were cold and overcooked. My son Powerade was watery and my shake was dripping everywhere.. I pressed the button to inform that the fries were cold and also, I did request packs of pepper and mayo, due to they have a habit of giving you light mayo when you ask for extra.. I waited an additional 10 minutes before going g to the door… Then 5 minutes later a manager comes to my car and says what were you waiting on again… when I finally received my fries the burgers were now COLD… Bad Service and there were also about 3 other customers who had sent there food back as well. ***Update As of today 07/29/2024, I have received as response from the Sonic with apologies and they have even made it up to me by offering me a gift card. I would like to say thank you for your fast response, it feels good to know you care*** Thanks

They never get anything right, everytime I ordered they are missing a piece of the meal and they forget simple things like straws, sauces, and forks, how am I supposed to eat my chili cheese tots barehanded or drink my slushie without a straw or eat some dry chicken with no sauce
