I ordered a tuna sandwich on a bagel with a whole bunch of modifications and Cream of chicken and wild rice soup, but received a simple tuna fish sandwich. I called the store and spoke to manager Chelsea and she kindly reimbursed me for the sandwich I ordered made me a new one correctly and also reimburse me for that order. Hands down my go-to place when I’m hungry at night. Food is incredible customer service is amazing.

The chicken salad sandwich was pathetic, all lettuce. If i wanted just bread thats what I would have ordered. For 10.00 I am glad there were at least some chips to eat. Also i ordered a hot sandwich and they packed the hot sandwich on top of the cold. Thats really not effective .

We ordered at the self service kiosk and our food was ready rather quickly. The food tasted great but even though we ordered no Chipotle sauce or onions on the sandwich it still had both of them. The restaurant itself was clean but the men’s bathroom sink could use an update.

Ordered four different meals tonight. My complaint is about the sandwich/ soup combo. I ordered a grill cheese. But it looks and tastes like it was shoved in a microwave . The bread has no “ toast” to it. The chicken noodle soup bread bowl that was ordered didn’t come in or with bread bowl. The lack of care. Thanks Panera Bread.

This is the absolute Best Panera Bread anywhere in the Tampa Bay Area! Every time I come into this Store the Management is So Cool! I would like to say thank you to a manager named Taya she completely understands Customer service. She always has a great attitude and is always Smiling. Also the people that work there are all really amazing as well. A hard working man named Trevion is also a fantastic Employee as well and is always so helpful. And Robert always makes great food! I just wanted to say thank you to the whole Crew that works there for there Exceptional Customer Service.

So I came in and ordered my food like normal, and started to eat and 2 managers pulled an employee into the cafe and started to belittle him! They were complaining that he was still going slow even though he’s new and essentially said he needed to pick up his pace because they don’t want to have to go behind them and do what they missed! The conversation should’ve happened in private and your AGM and whoever else was with her need to have a retraining on how to interact with people!!
