Ms. Tracie and Adam are so Amazing in customer service!! Our food is always hot and fresh and this location is the best. I literally live 5 minutes away from a KFC. I drive 20 minutes away for fresh and short wait times worth my money. The other KFC locations need to take note people love KFC and we want fresh properly cooked without attitude the KFC way!! Way to go Mobile Hwy Team!!! Great Leadership!!!!!

Whoever they have taking orders, need to work on listening. A lot better and repeating orders. First made mistake with giving both me and my wife two medium drinks. When clearly we pay for a large meal which come with a large fry and a large drink. So far, I got neither but pay top dollar for it tho. We already had to wait an extra 15 minutes after we had paid to receive our food. So how did you get the order wrong clearly? Nothing was fresh. Nothing was hot, fries were stale. The fries teast like they were cooked in old grease. I don’t know who’s running the night shift crew but this is ridiculous. I will not come back at all.

Amazing Service!! Very friendly and fairly quick service. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, it was decent nothing special though. It doesn’t have a much spice as expected. The coleslaw was the highlight of the meal. It was tasty and fresh. The macaroni and cheese was very poor though. I would steer clear of the macaroni most definitely next time. Definitely will be back, but trying new items next time. Good service, but other than the outstanding coleslaw the food could use a bit of improvement.

Around 7p.m., I came through the drive thru to order a chicken pot pie. I was told they did not have any. Then I asked if they had any to cook. I waited 20 minutes. While waiting I had already ordered the apple pie poppers. When I got home I was not happy. The poppers were very dry. I called to speak to the manager. She said they let them sit up. I told her I will be asking for my food to be cooked to order because I could not feed that to a dog. I love my food hot and fresh. Some food sitting out too long should never be served . This should be company policy. On the next day, I went up to this KFC to get some fresh apple poppers. I had already explained the issue. I did not have to pay since they were given as a gift. The manager was very nice. If I order poppers again in the future, I will ask for them to be cooked to order.

The drive thru line didn’t appear to be long, but they had several people pull forward to wait for their orders and it made getting out of the line with our order difficult because everyone behind us had to back up so we could leave and they could pull forward. Getting out of the parking lot, if you’re not heading in the direction of the traffic, is also difficult because of it’s location. The food was just ok and not necessarily worth the hassle for drive thru service. Inside service is probably better.

Just left the drive through 10 til 9 on a Saturday trying to get a 7 piece bucket plus sides . Was told by the person at the window they’d have to “ check the chicken they have “ I told them I’d wait for fresh chicken and then was told “ oh we’re not making anymore chicken tonight “ I heard a lady in the background say yes we are we got two hours . Then was told “ if you wanna wait it’ll be about 30 mins because we don’t have the batter station set up “ blah blah blah . Like if you don’t wanna be at work I’m sure you can go home . They need someone more professional at the window and maybe people would spend money instead of being fed lies and not chicken . He literally lied to me 4 times in less than a minute.

The biscuits were doughy, second time. The mashed potatoes were missing the butter flavor. They tasted like you threw hot water in there and served them.
The chicken (original recipe) was really good. The flavor went through the chicken, not just on the crust. That was fab!

We visited this location Tuesday. It was a pretty long wait. After getting our food my kid had to go inside and wait longer just to get condiments they never gave us. Got home to eat… the coleslaw was leaking all over the bag and in my van. The container was busted. Also found a piece of plastic in the chicken bucket.
