Wendy’s is usually great and on road trips is my family’s pick. This particular location has questionable practices and needs to review safe food handling. My husband and I both opted to dine in after traveling for 9hrs. All of our food was cold, cheese on the burgers wasn’t even melted. Fries were cold and like rubber texture. We had to go back to the counter and ask for the burgers and fries to be made again. They Simply dipped the fries back in the oil for less than 2 minutes and put the same burgers in the microwave but neglected to put the lettuce or tomato back on. Needless to say nothing was made fresh. The burgers were dried out. The bathroom was absolutely unsanitary. By far the most disgusting and disappointing Wendy’s experience. The Gentleman at the front counter tried his best but this comes down to management.

After ordering a $10 salad with no meat, I went inside to ask for more greens since the container was half empty. I was ignored and given another salad instead, still half empty. They did confirm the salads are pre made, but thought I wouldn’t notice the quick swap instead of simply doing what I asked. And, of course, they didn’t give me a receipt.
Just go to Walmart next door for a bigger, healthier salad that has more protein & only costs $3!

I ordered a sausage burrito that looked like they had taken it out of the garbage and tasted worse. The bacon and egg sandwich was also dry and tasteless. I’ll never go to the Deming, NM Wendy’s again. No smile either from the employee.
