We went for a birthday, the noise from another table was unbearable, a loud, raucous party that we couldn’t even hear each other speak. And we were at a booth, they were at the show table!
The cloth napkins stank of grease, all four of them, and were greasy to the touch. The food was ho hum, not very flavorful, although the serving size was generous, I had shrimp that was overcooked and very chewy, the server was very nice and attentive, which was the only saving grace. We have been here before, but this will be the last time.

Paid 33 per person . Our waiter wasn’t that great wasn’t very attentive like he should of been and wrote orders down wrong . Drinks were 5.00 per person which was ridiculous especially when cups aren’t very big no bigger than a 12-16 oz ..Food was good other than that and chef was great .

My family has been going to this restaurant for many many years. The food has gone downhill and the prices just keep going up. We did takeout tonight and the filet was fatty and chewy. The shrimp was undercooked and the rice was somewhat hard. The salad was pathetic with very little wilted lettuce. They charge way too much money for the extra sauces. I guess they figure they can get the money. But my family for one will never be going back because of this. It’s a shame.

I’ll be driving to port Orange next time. Worst hibachi experience ever. The service here was so unprofessional. Our chef was half asleep. Table and chairs were oily and dirty. Waiter (AJ) seemed bothered to make kids chopsticks or sing happy birthday. It was definitely a bizarre experience.

Pretty disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite hibachi spots however, the amount of food they have been giving in to go orders lately just does not seem fair, I pay more here than any other hibachi place in the area, and I always get the least amount of food from this place as well as lowest quality food. Not to mention the fact, each hibachi dinner only comes with one white sauce? $25 for a meal and you only get one included sauce just doesn’t seem fair. . If you want to add another one and they charge $2 per small container.

this place is absolutely ridiculous. They don’t make your food right And they feel like you have to do what they want what happened to good customer service after driving to get my food 20 miles 10 miles each way then they want me. They made my food wrong and then they want me to drive it back there. And not just credit me the food then then the manager acts like he doesn’t even care. I guess they have so many people there and so many customers they don’t have to treat people with respect. I have been going here for 15 years. I will never go back.

The place is dark and open which mean that noise is a problem. They also squeeze 10 people at a table which would be better suited for 8. This makes for an uncomfortable dining atmosphere. When ordering, pay attention to the add on prices. I added shrimp to my meal and was charged $15 dollars for 7 small shrimp. Some of their mark up are a little ridiculous. The serving portions are way out of perporation. I saw that one of the largest portions was given to the smallest child at the table. On the plus side, the food taste was good and the waiter was very present and efficient. Overall the people we were with made it a good experiance but I would not take someone there for a date night. It is to crowed and noisy and in no way would it be intimate. If invited back there for a special occasion I would go but choosing the place on my own is no longer an option.

Ordered online. Picked up food. Returned to Hotel and was so disappointed. Poke bowl that costs $18 had no flavor, the sauce that comes with it has too much fish sauce in it so it’s not edible for me. The bowl itself is just bland. Not impressed. My daughter got a roll and hers is bland too. Sad for $40. Take out service at the bar was good, so there’s that.

Had a wonderful Father’s day dinner with the family. The food was really fresh and cooked right in front of you. They don’t take reservations and if you want to avoid the line, arrive at opening time. You won’t be disappointed. We ordered a variety of dishes beef, seafood, chicken and sushi. No complaints at all. The food was perfectly cooked and the only complaint I have is I ate to much.

Not me asking the lady who took my order to place a seafood allergy so my food is prepared separately. Didn’t mark my order, found shrimp in my meal after eating. Keep in mind this is a serious allergy and can kill me. Call and speak with the “general manager” Dom, who rudely tells me i need to bring the meal back so it can be replaced even though i just drove 30 mins there and 30 mins back. Refuses to situate the issue and refuses to send me to whoever his boss is since he cannot properly handle his staffs mistakes. Genuinely depressed because this now used to be my favorite hibachi place in Daytona, it’s horrible to have shitty managers ruin it for the rest of us. 10/10 don’t recommend if you have any type of allergy. It’ll just be argued with you about things not in your control instead of solved. hopefully the owners see this. Being reported to the Health Department as well
