Every Tuesday after the gym, we treat ourselves to taco bell. After switching to a new gym, we tried this location as it was on the way home. Never again.
We ordered ahead on the app and went through the drive thru for pickup. We were the only car in the drive thru and 1 person was sitting inside. Food wasn’t quite ready yet – no problem, we were early. We waited at the window for over 20 minutes. In that time, I see 5 different people who are on shift. Only 1 of them was doing any work – the gentleman working the window. And to be honest, he seemed a little irritated that he was the only one working.
We finally get our food. All the wrappers are weirdly wet with something. Get home and realize they forgot one of my tacos but gave us some nacho thing instead – whatever, I’m not picky. I open it up and the beans on top (pictured) are literally calcified – hard as a rock. And there was so little cheese or other toppings that it was basically just a box of chips.
We will not be going back to this location. Terrible service, sloppily made food. Shoutout to the one guy who was actually working though.

Honestly not sure why I keep coming here, every time there is something wrong. This location has been pretty bad ever since COVID and at a certain point I can’t keep believing it’s just understaffed. I made an online order to try the Y2K items and specifically for the empanada and they forgot it entirely (I was still charged.) I tried again a while later and ordered at the Kiosk in store during a non busy time, waited over 20+ minutes in a pretty empty store alongside another angry waiting customer, someone who was presumably a manager berating staff, and an upset staff member complaining about management, for my order of a single luxe box and empanada, and all of the food came out cold somehow after all that time. I went again today for a luxe box and aqua refresca ordered online ahead of time. The food was not ready until 10 minutes after the app told me it would be and the aqua refresca didn’t even have any fruit in it, one of the main draws of the beverage. AND THE FOOD WAS ALL COLD YET AGAIN OTHER THAN 1 ITEM. At least the renovations made the exterior and interior look and function better but if you thought the service would improve as well you are dead wrong.

If I could give this tbell 0 I would. I had a Mobil order of two seven dollars boxes. When I recieved my boxes the first box, everything side of it was crushed. The second box, was completely wrong. Went back to get my order fixed and both burritos were not burritos. The second box was cold.
Oh and when handed both boxes man had food all over his gloves which got on my box.

I have had multiple AWFUL experiences at this location. I never write reviews but every time I come to this Taco Bell I leave feeling upset. One time I got off of work at midnight and I needed food badly I show up to the Taco Bell which closes at 2 AM and the workers were inside but no one was answering at the drive through I pull around and they are hiding through the window and then they finally just come up and say they’re closed. Another time I also came at around 11:30 PM and they were closed too. It’s so frustrating to drive all the way to Taco Bell hours before they are supposed to be closed just for it not open. I’m currently sitting in the drive through line waiting on two online orders that were placed around 30 minutes ago and they told us it will be a 25-30 minute when we got here around 10 minutes ago. Mind you the orders are both very simple. There are a couple workers but only one is doing any work. We are the only ones in the drive through line waiting

Robert b. Was amazing. Great working. Really nice and asked me if I needed anything with a smile. It’s hard to find workers like that today and he was every bit deserving of this review. My food was as expected even with a customized order. I will come back to this location.

waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru. i am unclear why the franchise owner and manager isn’t aware of what’s consistently going on at this location. the staff are always nice at the window but something is really wrong with operations.

This store has been refreshed and I think maybe a new staff has been trained as it was really going downhill before they remodeled – often they were out of items or claimed to be closed.
Lately the service has improved and their ordering system has helped a lot too
I really like the fan creations and the cantina items.

Hands down the worst taco bell you can go to in Michigan. Staff is constantly rude and the food is typically below the normal standard. Idk why I go back. It literally takes a half hour to get your food. They seriously need to close this location down. Currently ive been in the drive through line for about 25 minutes and the line hasn’t moved yet only to see an employee come outside to smack his butt gesturing at a car in thr parking lot

I placed an order at 4:35, got to the drive thru at 4:50 and had to wait in the drive through until 5:15 to get my food. 40 minutes for a 3 item order is ridiculous. Do not go here if you have other places to go to after in a hurry.

I just tried to order through the drive thru… it wasn’t 2am and they had no problem taking the orders of the other two cars in front of me. I waited in the line for 15 minutes just to be told… sorry we are only taking DoorDash, uber eats, mobile orders. The two cars in front of me literally just placed orders at the door intercom. Every time I try to order from this location I end up disappointed. You’d think I’d learn by now.
