Just went here and got a large coffee….I asked for no ice because they keep the iced coffee cold there…..they gave me this and the manager told me it was a non refillable drink (went through drive thru) and the drink is suppose to come with ice therefore I dont get a full cup….that’s the dumbest crap ive heard! I always ask for no ice and they always fill the cup. Its not like its a huge 32oz cup…..its a small cup! Won’t be going back to this burger king

Supposed yesterday with my kids! Went through the drive thru and my daughter is autistic and she started babbling, she can’t talk very well! Ms Angie I believe was her name, was exceptional! She was so sweet and also my food came out great! Just loved her attention to detail!

Went through the drive thru in the evening. They were not busy. Ordered using a code from the app. BOGO Whoppers with and additional double Chessburger and medium drink.
When pulled up and paid and then were asked us to drive around to the double doors and they would bring it out. The restaurant was empty and there was no one else waiting.
Another came around thru drive thru to also wait.
2 employees came out with both arms full of bags, they asked if this large order was ours(it obviously wasnt) so we Said no. They asked the other car, and they said no. About this time a 3rd car came to wait with us. They came out again with multiple bags. This time the 2nd car received theirs, and the once again tried to give us a much larger order. The 3rd time a young man came out gave the 3rd car theirs and come back to us to ask me what we ordered and could he see my receipt..are you kidding me?
When he finally came out the 4th time with our sandwiches they had forgotten the med . Drink! He apologized and gave me a free up size to a large to go along with our room temperature simple sandwiches aftet 45 mins.

Will never go to this Burger King Again. I ASSUMING USING A CODE FROM THE APP WAS OVERWHELMING FOR THEM AND THEY JUST STARTED COOKING EVERYTHING, BUT MY ORDER.

The fries were so salty we couldn’t eat them, but one of the employees had their child in the lobby while she worked. He was running all over the restaurant, very loud and obnoxious. Running all over the lobby. Blocking soda machines, trying to go back into the kitchen. I asked whom the child belonged to because he was not being watched.they said it was the managers kid. We will never come back.

What the heck did injust eat? My coke was.. idk what it was but it wasnt coke or a soda i recognize. My burger was funky and fries were room temp at best and im fairly sure not fully cooked. Bleck

This isnt the first time I have given this same fast food burger king location a one star .. the people that work her are so rude. The employee at the drive through was rude right when we ordered our food I always get Xtra mayo and Xtra ketchup no tomato. She told us to drive to the window she actually yelled it to us and when we got to the window we asked her the price and she gave us a dirty look and sighed and said 9.66 it’s like we were bothering her and all we wanted to do was pay for our food . We accidentally gave her a dollar less and she counted it back with major aggression I was very uncomfortable. She called the money backed to us then snapped that it was 9.66 and we only gave her 8 dollars. We apologized and gave her the right amount told her we were sorry and hope she had a great day she just looked at us and rollers her eyes and grunter dint even say thank you or smile . Oh thanks for the Xtra ketchup and mayo plus my fries that barely make half an order of fries.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the fries. The bacon king had a butt ton of mayo on it but that’s not unique to this location. Their drink machine was out of most options, including all the DPs. But the cashier was the sweetest little girl.
