Ordered 2 meals Medium size…unfortunately both fries were only half filled, and cold. For what is being charged for a meal, I expect the fries container to be full. I was even asked to pull up and wait in a reserved spot. Guess the fries must also have been waiting in the bag for the rest of the order, getting cold before they brought it out to me.

I’ve stopped at this McDonald’s quite a few times in my past not always the best customer service but today November 28th 2025 was the worst. The staff are very disrespectful and I’m talking about the managers. Very rude manager got upset with me because I had to come back into the McDonald’s and asked for my honey mustard dip for my chicken nuggets I spend enough money as it is and not to get what I ordered and what’s supposed to come with what I ordered. It’s not satisfactory. The big Mac was cold. The fries were cold. I threw the fries away. I only ate half of the big Mac and the chicken nuggets were cold. I will not return to this McDonald’s ever again. If I could give it zero stars, that’s exactly what I would give it because that’s exactly what this establishment deserves.

we were half way thru ordering at the end of night (i understand this can be an inconvenience) and she cut us off and said they can only do burgers since it’s near closing time unless we wanted to wait, we said we would wait. then we continued to order and the cashier said okay we can’t do this order. we felt this was kind of rude since we were half way thru ordering, it would’ve been a different story if she said they were closed right off rip rather than giving up on our order halfway thru

HORRIBLE! I went around 1:15pm. I understand that’s lunch time and can be busy; however, it wasn’t that busy. I ordered my food, paid for it all within maybe 5 minutes of being in line. There were a few cars waiting for their food…not a huge deal. I got to the window to get my food and was handed my drink and told when one of the cars in reserve spots opened up to move forward because I was waiting on fries. I watched an employee walk around in circles with many bags in her hands. She was walking up to cars trying to find the owners to the food in her hands. She walked up to my car asked what I ordered, I told her. She said nope none of these are yours. She asked the number on my receipt I said 1369. She said I have 1569. This isn’t yours. Okay. Over 10 minutes goes by and I’m still waiting! She’s still walking around circles! People are starting to get out of their cars looking for their food. To no avail, they walk back to their cars empty handed. She goes back inside and about 5 minutes later she comes back out with more bags. Comes up to my car and asked my number again. I tell her my number and exactly what I ordered. The bag with 1569, that she had along was my order! The fresh fries that I thought I was waiting for were disgusting! Soggy and cold! My hamburgers were warm but, far from hot! It was my fault for not checking my food prior to leaving because I should’ve known better! I should’ve known it was going to be cold because she was walking around looking for their owner forever! I tried call the store but no one answered and I had an appointment to be at so I didn’t have time to turn around! Do better Flat Rock, McDonald’s! This was uncalled for and you weren’t that busy to be that confused I. Who ordered what!!

Sat in drive through for 10 mins and watched 4 cars go before my order was even taken! I think the only reason is because I finally said “um hello?!” Horrible drive thru service and food was cold!!

Ordered a latte. That’s it! Not a super busy morning. No one behind me yet. Get to the window to pay and the guy asks me to PULL FORWARD why you ask? No idea because I wasn’t blocking anyone. But yet here I sit….. five minutes in. Even though I was told- she’s making it and visually watched her making it. This is madness McDonalds. Don’t sell lattes if you can’t make them in five minutes without the rush going on. And when a random employee finally brings it- she’s informs me that it sat there waiting for someone to bring it to me for longer than I would’ve blocked the window. Do better.

Decided to try the “New” Crispy Chicken Sandwich
Used the phone app and proceeded as instructed.
Still had to wait. The line was busy. about 8 cars ahead of me.
Don’t see the convenience of using the App. it takes just as long.
I was underwhelmed by the sandwich. Chicken was dry. It was crispy and flavor not terrible but I expected better. In comparison the competition wins Sorry.
The Shamrock shake was great as always.

Waited an hour after a mobile order in a parking spot. Never received my food. Went inside they never made it despite having over an hour. Restaurant was disgusting with spilled drink all over the fountain counter. I want a refund because they never gave me my food or my refund.

Do not go here. They pull people in the drive thru just to have a good timer time. Then when they finally bring your food out, half of the order isnt in the bag. Nothing is fresh so what are we waiting on? And the crew is rude and unprofessional. Absolutely atrocious.

i was in drive thru and the guy had looked in my bag and handed it to me, the first thing i seen was a long black hair sticking out of the fries, so i asked for a new one, then to see the other fries in the bag like this. thanks mcdonald’s 🙂
