Me and my partner came in late during the night shift and there was 3 cars ahead of us and we waited 12 minutes after getting to the order speaker for them to take our order and we understood it’s late and there probably not a lot of employees which we completely understood we the order a medium number 8 with curly fries and Dr. pepper, and two things of the the cinnamon sitcks (churros) then after everything my partner ordered it would be a huge sigh then a long pause he then asked if they had the sweet and hot sauce which is new, the person went silent for over 2 minutes the had a huge sigh and said they had a chilly sauce we said it was fine and were okay, we also got rootbeer for our drink! Do not recommend if too late, I know some workers can be good but I’ve worked in food industry (fast food) and have never had this experience or treated a customer this way

I ordered a #13 chicken club with curly fries and specifically asked for fresh chicken and fries. I even offered to park in front to expedite the process, but the lady assured me, “No need, sir. All orders are freshly made with no holding.” I thought that was fair enough. However, when I got home, I discovered that the chicken was at least 2 hours old. The fries were hot, but they tasted burnt, they might have been reheated or cooked in old dark oil. Given it was 1 am and not even busy, I find it disappointing that the quality wasn’t up to par.

I wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to the night shift! Especially Cindy! The food is always fresh, they are fast with the orders and I’ve NEVER had an order wrong with that shift! I work night and get off at 4:30am and usually swing by here 1-2xs a week and it never disappoints! Please give the recognization for their dedication and hard work. They deserve the shoutout! I’ve been to this location on my days off (during the day shift) and I’m sorry but it was horrible and they are always in a rush which causes orders to taste like crap, hamburgers are dry as hell and the fries taste stale and reheated in the oil,and food gets forgotten.

I ordered through the app, as I pulled in the cashier was very rude in their tone of voice “get to my parking lot” instead of politely asking me to pull forward and wait, there was no further direction. Did not receive my food in a timely manner either, they care more about drive through times than customer service. Waited 10 more minutes still no indication they were bringing my food out, went through the drive through again and looks like they never planned to. Great waste of time.

The woman at the register couldn’t stop having her conversation to take my order then got frustrated with me when I asked if she was ready to take the order she said she’s been ready implying I should’ve interrupted her conversation with my order. Then she was mean about me using my phone to pay.

I went through the drive through, I ordered a simple order, 2 medium fries, a large fry and a double bacon smash burger to try, I just asked for no onions on the burger. My fry’s were terrible like they have been there all day, the burger had no bacon and was burnt to a crisp and had extra onions, I don’t understand how this can happen in a regular basis, this is why I stopped going to jack in the box the first time, it’s not in the employees, it’s in the crappy management for allowing this to happen.

I just love their tacos. They taste like the true street tacos I’ve had in Mexico. I love that their eggs aren’t microwaved and their menu is great. I just wish they hadn’t gotten rid of their biscuit breakfast sandwiches. They were so yum! And, I have to say I worked at Jack in the Box when I was 15 in New York and I’m 65! Their tacos taste the same today as they did back then!

Don’t go here. The employees act like gangsters. Make threats and curse at employees. The manager is apart of the problem. They screamed and threatened a guy until he couldn’t take it anymore. All he wanted was for them to fix the order they messed up. And they were nasty to him until he lost it so they could throw him out. I’ll never eat here again after witnessing that.

They nailed my request of a bunless burger perfectly. It came exactly as it would have on a bun but in a substantial bowl with a lid on top. All the veggies and sauces were still included!! Perfectly done guys!! Thanks for meeting my needs!!
