My son begged me to try a McDonald’s hamburger. This was his first and last burger. He never wants to try another one from anywhere now. It wasn’t the best. I tried one as well because it has been forever since I had one.
The app wouldn’t work right so they took my order at the counter. Got it wrong. Had to check on them to see if they were redoing it. Not great service.
The restaurant is clean and updated so they kudos for that. It was packed so that’s probably why they messed up our order.
At least the chicken nuggets and fries are reliable. We will stick to what we know.

Update: had an interesting experience. Went through another round of simple instructions being missed on my order, waiting on it for an exorbitant amount of time. 2 sandwiches and a large fry. The team members and manager who helped me at the counter were very friendly and got my order correct. But I can’t voice my frustration enough with whoever is making food because they seem to have the hardest time following instructions printed on easily read labels. Mind you, my burgers weren’t that complicated; only mayonnaise, ketchup, and onions. As simple as can be. Took the crew three tries to get it correct. The first time had pickles, the second try didn’t have onions, and the third one finally had all the ingredients even though they sprinkled onions on my cheeseburger when I asked for extra, but that’s another complaint I kept to myself. Thank you to the managers on duty.
I go to McDonalds regularly and this location used to have mediocre service but they’ve really stepped up their game these past two weeks. Typically, they’d forget an item or get a customization as simple as No Mustard wrong but the employees have been improving.

Visited the Battle Ground McDonalds this afternoon. It was just after the schools across the street had let out so it was very busy. Went through the drive through and had to wait a short time for our order to come out, and noticed as we were driving away, that something in our order (Frys) had been missed. Spoke to an employee carrying food to cars about the problem, and she was able to take care of it quickly. I was very impressed with the care and professionalism showed by the restaurant staff. Even during a stressful, busy time, when customers were not always being very patient, the employees took care of the problems with great skill and diplomacy. Way to go McDonalds!

Not sure why its so hard to read a screen and make a burger properly, but when i ask for a double cheeseburger with NO KETCHUP and NO MUSTARD addac sauce and shredded lettuce, thats kinda what I expect to get. Especially since i was charged for the lettuce and didnt get it but I still got ketchup and mustard. Yall make plenty of money as fast food employees at this point to excuse it on that.

Very disappointing. Used drive through and had to pull forward and wait. Was given the wrong food. Person who delivered it was less than polite and packed motivation or sense of quality. One we got the right food we left only to find out the milk was bad.

I recently visited the McDonald’s drive-through, and the experience was extremely disappointing. It took 20 minutes to get my food, which is far too long for what’s supposed to be fast food. I ordered fish fillets at $5 each, and they came out cold with barely any tartar sauce on them. It was clear that no effort was put into preparing them properly. For the price and the wait time, I expected much better quality. I won’t be going back.

Line was sooooo long. First time using this location. It was Saturday rush before breakfast ends. About a 15 minute wait in line. Staff were super nice- just super busy

The fries aren’t really good and there consistency is strange. The burger is kind of empty, barely any onions and pickles, doesn’t have any lettuce. The meat itself is alright though.

The parking is awful. The service is low/mid quality. People seem grumpy and drained but have a side of attitude. Always end up having to clean my own table if I want to sit down. Very cramped

My son was going to pick up McDonald’s for supper. No one acknowledged him when
he went in. He stood at the front counter, and no one came to take his order. We do not use the kiosik, we prefer a person. The employees ignored him so he left. Once again, my son went in, and once again, the same thing occurred. We will not return.
