I use the drive-through with a mobile code to do my order. I placed my order as a number 9 no salt on the fries and a large sweet tea with light ice and then she proceeded to ask me why was I ordering my food with no salt because if it’s about getting hot fries, they’ll be hot. I told her no it’s because you heavily salt the fries and I have a blood pressure problem and I don’t want any salt extra salt causing problems. She said ooooh and then she said you might as well have light salt on the burger then with an attitude. I mean, I could take light salt not an issue if it’s heavily salted. Then she rudely told me that’ll probably help you since you got health problems. I was so shocked, how rude could someone be. will not be going back over there again. I don’t want bad service like that, it ruined my evening. I can’t believe you allow staff to talk to customers like that. My mom was on the phone and even she was appalled. Writing this, hoping it will be a teachable moment with staff. None her business why I asked for no salt.

Every time I come here I always have to pull into curbside pick up. They are either padding numbers or always short on staff. Also when I get my food it’s not piping hot just like warm. If I’m waiting I would expect hot food. Make sure you have time to stop for a bite it’s not going to be fast.

Terrible. What’s the point of curbside pickup if I have to wait 15 minutes? People get in the drive thru and order and get their food before someone who chose curbside. Makes zero sense. Also, how hard is it to make sure the chicken nuggets actually get inside the happy meal box? That’s the main thing in a happy meal and you all couldn’t even give my kids their nuggets. Fail. You guys suck!

The meat is somehow fake. The bread is fake. You have to order on a screen. Not a good experience overall. Maybe use more tallow and ground beef, less seed oils and plastic.
Edit: as I sit in McDs, I remember my long history with the restaurant and consider why I heard two Christian songs on their radio playlist… Which can’t hurt but the fries still remind me of cardboard. The new Big Arch meal is an improvement on previous sandwiches and reminds me most of the double quarter pounder. They still need to use real meat and bread. Those patties seem to be mostly some strange oil product? How come meat at home tastes better? It’s very confusing but doesn’t reflect well. Here at 12:30pm and I have seen a total of five other customers inside.
Christian music improves atmosphere by a lot. Food still is not real tasting. And somehow it hurts your teeth.

On this extremely cold day at mcdonalds i messed up my order and forgot my fish filet, but cameron knew this would happen so she had an extra filet just in time. perfect service
