Food was cold, been cooked awhile before they served it to me. I threw up half the night wondering why fid I eat the hamburger which was the smash burger. No condiment on it , very dry and curly fries vold. Live less than 3 minutes away from the restaurant. My wife got it for my birthday and made me sick , workers are responsible for fresh food, not pre-made, thanks for the crappie food on my birthday

This Jack in the box is just kind of terrible The food is only okay but more importantly like they should really have somebody who can understand English well at the speaker. I went through an ordered my food and repeated what I want three different times when she finally seemed to understand I got up to the window and was handed the wrong food anyway so at that point I was going to be late for work and didn’t have time to sit and argue about it. I normally have a fairly good experience here but this time I was on my lunch for work and requested no cheese 3 times from the girls but after returning to work I find cheese which I am 100% unable to eat but they also messed up my drink. When I tried to call and ask if I could come back after I was off the store phone went straight to being disconnected… for a 12$ meal I should be able to eat it and yet for 12$ all I got was basically a curly fry. Fix your store phone # and i wouldn’t have had to write this either. Idk if I will go back at all which is unfortunate bc this is close to my work and WAS a good lunch spot

This Jack in the Box location is next to Wendy’s and other fast-food restaurants. The service is alright. It took 10+ minutes to wait for two croissant sandwiches and the taste could be better. I’m used to the croissant breakfast with the sausage, eggs, and cheese sticks together. This one doesn’t stick.
I like their burgers though.

I ordered on the mobile app and had plenty of time to get my food, get home and make it to my appointment. But I was kept waiting in the Jack in the Box lobby for nearly 30 minutes while they waited on drive thru customers. My order sat on the table for at least 15 minutes. So I did not get to eat it before I had to leave for my other appointment. Tonight was a real FAIL.

I bought a bacon ultimate cheeseburger which was tiny. It looked like a Jr burger, went to take a bite and saw something weird sticking out. Turns out it was a penny in my food. I will never eat at this location again. I could have broken a tooth, or swallowed it and choked to death. If you make the decision to eat here, thoroughly check your food.
