Uh oh… I ordered from here the other day around lunchtime and everything was perfect!
Today I ordered after 8pm and clearly whoever is working there around this time does not care about their job or the customers.
No diablo sauce. No straw for drink. Items skimped on with far less ingredients than normal. Unacceptable. Theres no way you’re out of diablo sauce, theres no way you’re out of straws, so why weren’t either in my bag?
I usually don’t leave bad reviews but come on, whoever is skimping on ingredients needs to be re-trained. I say this as someone who worked in restaurants for over 10 years: you can absolutely do better than this. Zero excuse for this.
Why are the potato tacos I ordered extremely light on potato? One of them was basically a rolled up tortilla with a few pieces of lettuce and potato with a HUGE glob of sauce….

Omg!!!! If you are in the area come here at night and maybe get the service that Chris offers he is polite, friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. Thank you for such a great experience. The food was really good as well.

Been coming here for about a year now and I’ve never had an issue. Great service, friendly people. The quality of the cinnamon twists declined for a while, not sure why, but recently everything has been tasing delicious!

Here me out, I highly disliked taco bell for years 20+ years, but a coworker gave me a Cheesey bean and rice burrito a few months ago because he always orders like 5 of them for lunch. One bite and I was hooked. For $1.69 each, they are definitely worth it!

This Taco Bell location is genuinely the best location I’ve been to. Food comes out quickly and is consistently of high quality. The staff is friendly and helpful, and on the extremely rare occasion that there is a mistake, they always make it right and show they care about their customers. Worth the extra drive for the better experience.

Unfortunately, this Taco Bell struggles to maintain quality and safety. After ordering today and specifically asking not only if foods contained cilantro, but having them put a specific marker on the receipt indicating that no cilantro should be used, I still ended up with an allergic reaction.
Food chains of any kind need to be mindful of allergens and cross contamination and the fact that not one but two reminders to avoid allergic contamination not only resulted in cross contamination, but actually adding it to the food is ridiculous. There’s an entire scoop of cilantro added into this burrito which caused my allergic reaction, ruining my night. If someone says they have an allergy, and it’s clearly written on the order, it’s pretty important that you read that and recognize it.

I ordered a supreme crunch wrap, it was the worst , it had no meat no sour cream , all I bit into was lettuce and very little tomatoes, there was no cheese. I also ordered a side cup of meat for my dog, paid a few bucks and got a little hot sauce cup filled with the grease from the meat pan. Worst taco bell I ever been too

To start off the food is and was great. Now the service horrible. They were way understaffed and those who were there (counted 2) they were either sitting down playing 9n their phone for what i timed at 36 mins. And the other was running around trying her hardest to keep drive-thru going while there were customers in lobby wait to order for 23 mins. I would recommend tacobell to all I know but I would stay away from this location. Unless your ok with a 25-40 minute wait.
