It was the first time for me in Popeye and that was probably why it didn’t taste as expected. I missed the screen where I can build my selection and pay. I had to rely on the cashier to understand the optionsavailable. The cashier was polite. The beverage tasted as chlorine injected and have no clue what is it. More and above, the rate was a lot higher for the value. All-n-all, I have no good reason to return.

The past 2 times I came here were bad experiences. It seemed maybe it’s under new staff because everyone seemed confused and slow. Last time I ordered thru app for pick up and still waited 15 mins at drive thru because they were confused about my order. Today my husband ordered thru his app and the drive thru person told him to go inside. He waited 25 minutes inside! There were only few other patrons. Also the food tasted mushy today. I will not be back.

I just ordered chicken breasts and when i arrived home and opened the box they were dark and dry, which seems that they were fried more than once, they had no flavor either. Also, the coleslaw salad does not taste good. I’m very upset with the food quality. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all

DISGUSTING!! I saw a mouse running across the floor. It’s extremely dirty inside. The floor was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting, it’s obvious they are not sanitary. I had to leave after seeing mice running. The manager did not refund me, i had to dispute with my cc. Will never go back.

Friendly staff, quick order, quick turn around time. Did not wait long. Front cashier was super sweet. Easy location to get in and out. The chicken sandwich was really really good and not to mention the fries. Popeyes always had addicting fries. I definitely recommend.
