The best Waffle House I’ve ever been to! (And I’ve been to A LOT). I’m German and Iove Waffle House. It’s the true Southern light. This particular location is the cleanest, with the most friendly employees. I never got the sticky table / menu / floor experience that usually comes with visiting Waffle House here, which elevates the whole food experience another level. The dishes were clean, they scrubbed the floors when we came in and the food was as good as can be. This Waffle House location is way further than others from my house and I still choose this over any others around Augusta. Thumbs up!

My cousin went to eat there and the person -s older lady, tossed the menus to them and the people around was looking at them. They felt discriminated(Latinos). If someone walks in to eat to any Waffle House is a paying customer, the respect and service has to be at all 100%.

Apparently, they harbor hatred towards Hispanics. They have the right to serve whoever they want, but at least they should put up a sign that says “No Hispanics allowed.” It’s very simple. What a terrible experience for my wife and me. As soon as we walked in, they just stared at us. We sat down and waited to be served, but nobody came over. Other people came in, and they were served instantly; they got their drinks and their orders taken, and they didn’t even look at us. We had to get up and leave. From outside, we could see them laughing, even the cook. Anyway, what a bad experience, it was horrible

Every time I come into this Waffle House, there’s a specific staff member who is consistently rude and unwelcoming. I don’t know her name, but she’s a light-skinned, slim woman with straight black hair.
I sat at the high tables to order food to go. This time I was told there’s a separate to-go menu by the register, which was fine. When I asked if she could pass it to me, she slammed it into my hand and walked away.
When I was ready to order, instead of coming to me, she went to the register and called out if I was ready. I was told I had to come to her, which has never been required before when ordering to go. When I asked for clarification, she wouldn’t make eye contact and responded rudely.
At that point, I felt uncomfortable ordering food from someone who was already being unfriendly, so I decided not to order at all and left.
The cooks and other staff members, especially the older Black woman and others, are always kind and professional — this experience was specifically due to one staff member’s repeated attitude.

I haven’t visited a Waffle House in many years. And I probably won’t in a very long time. The service she was really nice. However Waffle House is just so disgusting. It’s just messy and everyone is talking over your food.

Upon waking in it was quite as a mouse … about 25 min later a group plus 4 walks in everyone says hello, how may I help you ? most importantly where do you want to sit ? Custom serious 0/10! Not only was the customer service bad , my food was burnt didn’t say anything but felt not wanted.

We went this morning on Father’s Day it was busy but our server Crissy was amazing super friendly and got us taken care of us even on a busy morning. Our food was delicious as well. Our eggs were cooked perfect. Thank you Crissy for making our morning and breakfast enjoyable!
