Yesterday was my first time trying Fazoli’s and it was absolutely delicious! At the suggestion of one of the servers, I ordered the baked ziti and it was seasoned to perfection. I also ordered a cheesecake to top it off! I would highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit as you won’t be disappointed! I was also informed that if you choose to dine in, there is unlimited bread sticks! Keep up the great work guys!

I’m from the west cost so we don’t have these back home… the Italian restaurant for me is Olive Garden and I have to say this restaurant is 10 times better than Olive Garden! The breadsticks are to die for… you’ll certainly find yourself eating more than 1
The portion size is more than enough the service is incredible! You’re barely sitting down after getting your drink and your meal is already being served. The food is piping hot too.
I’ll definitely eat here again every time I’m visiting Georgia.

I don’t understand why these restaurants have online ordering and prepay. I would have been better off ordering and paying at the window! I placed my order, paid in advance and drove the 10 minutes to the store. One car in front of me in the drive thru. They ordered, paid and received their food 12 minutes later. I pull up and I’m told they’re bagging my order and for ME to pull up and wait. Well wait I did!! I watched 4 cars pull up, order and pay then drive off with their food. Also 3 cars pulled up and walked in and right back out with their food. The people that did NOT order and pay in advance should be behind those whose money you’ve already received. All in all I sat there an additional 31 minutes and even then I had to call inside and ask if they forgot about me! Food was good but I doubt we’ll be back until they figure out a better system.

I haven’t been to a Fazoli’s in probably 20 years (none in my city anymore). Their food is just as good now as I remember. The portion sizes were enough to get you full. The only negative is that they advertised a cinnamon bun cheesecake, and they didn’t have it. We ordered 3 and had to choose a different one. The other cheesecake was good. Just not what we wanted.

Anytime I drive through GA I have to stop for some Fazoli’s. The staff was incredible and super friendly. Food was prepared fast hot and was so delicious! Wish we still had these restaurants in Florida!

It is what it is…drive-thru Italian. I appreciate the convenience of being able to get fast food Italian when that’s what I’m in the mood for and just have a few minutes to get a quick lunch. Is it the best, most authentic Italian? No, but that’s not the point. It’s as good as what anyone can get at home with a box and a jar, so if you’re okay with that, this meets or exceeds expectations. I would come just for the bread sticks, which are even better than Olive Garden’s.

Unfortunately, this was my 3rd time there since they opened, this visit was not as great as far as the food. I was definitely not impressed with it. Tastes were a little more bland (except for the fettuccine)
The spaghetti had almost no sauce in it, it was pretty much just noodles. The lasagna was very good as well. Mozzarella skewers were ok.

This visit to any Fazoli’s was my first, in about 20 years. They were in this area before, and left about 15 – 20 years ago. Now, they are BACK!!! And, I love it! It tastes a lot better than I remember from back in the day. I’ve eaten my Pizza Breadsticks, and they were really good. The lasagna will be my lunch for tomorrow. I’ve tasted it, and it was good. It should be better tomorrow after the flavors continue to mesh overnight. I eat out 2 – 3 times a day, EVERYDAY. Fazoli’s will be added into the rotation. Hopefully, they won’t mess it up. They’ll see me again in a couple of weeks.
