Had been craving fried chicken for awhile. Came in Sunday night. There was one party ahead but other than that, the lobby was empty but online orders were lined up. We ordered a 3 piece meal and a surf and turf. It seemed like it was takin time to get our food so I got up tp check. I was told the had to drop a batch of chicken. A few minutes passed and a gentleman came out to the lobby and noticed that we hadn’t gotten our food. It appears that our order was overlooked. 3 other parties cam in and received food before us. It took 29 minutes to get our food. Fried chicken was hot and delicious but fries, shrimp and chicken tenders were not and coleslaw was ok. Not sure if we will return to this location. There were several unhoused hanging around this location.

Churches is an old favorite.
I remember going to churches as a kid. The pieces then were bigger and they were better tasting. So on the food I give it a three because you know it’s fried chicken and it was decent, but not exceptional.
When I went last I got excellent service. They were out of lemonade and the manager stopped what he was doing and made more lemonade. This was at 9:30 at night so I consider it an extra.

Ordered jalapeño bombers and didnt recieve them. I love churchs dont get me wrong. But they should read the orders and make sure they get all items correctly:) This is the third time it has happened to me at this place. chicken is good, and so are the jalapeño peppers

First and last time I will ever eat churchs chicken. They made the Uber wait 40 mins for chicken and still have him old food. Ordered breast, thigh and a wing, got 2 breast and a wing! Old fries! Forgot my coleslaw! Order sweet tea, it was unsweet! No napkins in sight! How is this place still up open giving out service this bad?

Some of the worst chicken I’ve ever had. It was flavorless and dry when there was even parts of chicken. It was all breading and even that was burnt. The restaurant is DISGUSTING and we didn’t even get all the items we ordered. The girl who served was very nice. Everything else was awful.

How can I start my view… one word impress… my the company I work for was haven a party, my boss didn’t want to do a online order because something it don’t always go well, so she call and spoke to a worker name NOAH, Noah said they don’t do phone order, but since we were ordering 40 piece of chicken and need it by 1:00 pm he was going to take the order… I got there at 12:50, notice there was only 3 worker doing a lunch rush… I been to this location lots of time.. so I know there are around 4/5 workers, but today only 3..!!!.. Noah must be the manager on shift, he handled the rush like a boss, he stay calm and did want needed to be done…. I was amazed by this young guy.. maybe in his early 20.. I am almost 50 years old, been to LOTS of restaurants in my life… CHURCHES CHICKEN need to give this young man a raise…. Noah had the best attitude when he gave me my order… you don’t see that very often with the young generation any more.. I just want the company to know that they have a valuable WORKER working for them… thank you NOAH for a great attitude

Hi. I ordered chicken with drinks but they didnt even care to seal it. You should make sure that it will be safe for the customers to drink esp if its ordered online. You should atleast tape it or also put it inside the bag. All other food chains seal their drinks making sure no one can put something in it.

If I could give this place a -1 I would. Placed an online order within 5 minutes I picked up. My large side of Okra was as hard as rock and cold, all 10 pieces of chicken was cold and hard. The biscuits also was cold and dry. On top of that you had me pay for ranch which I dont mind but did not give me my jalapeños that I also paid for!! I had not been to churchs for two years until today and I definitely will not be going back.

Stopped in the lobby to order. Instantly the feeling of the place was a bit off. The guy taking orders was expressing his stress about backed up orders out loud as he was packing them, just to tell someone to lock the lobby up because he was overwhelmed. I stood there waiting for about 15 minutes before my order was even taken. I received my food just to get the stalest chicken patties, bread, everything on my sandwiches. Hard as a rock, and not even close to fresh. Maybe I ordered the one item they weren’t short on during their “rush”? They were definitely sitting in the hot case for a few hours. Just unacceptable. I would have been okay with waiting for fresh food. Literally the worst dining experience I’ve had. A couple of years back I used to work by this location and would visit it frequently, and it was a much better experience back then. Not too sure what’s happened since then. Would not recommend it these days.

Horribly slow i ordered an uber eats delivery from this location. It took over an hour to make make my food and i dont even wait that long for a fine dine in meal on a busy night. As a district manager for another fast food company i am verry dissapointed at the customer service and speed from this location and will be contacting corperate. Deliveries should be number one priority for a fast food company as corperate works verry hard to build these relationships with these delivery companies. I will not be ordering from churches ever again.
