Mugs N Jugs in Lehigh Acres is a solid spot to hang out with friends and family. The wings are my go-to every time, especially with a side of cheese fries—they never disappoint. Overall, the food is good and consistent.
Prices have definitely been getting higher, but honestly, in this economy, it’s understandable. What really makes this place stand out is the atmosphere: games for the kids, pool for the adults, and a laid-back vibe that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time. A great local spot that I’d still recommend!

We used to go here quite often with my family of 6 and we would go here when we were going out to eat with larger families because of the space. Not sure what has happened since Ian bc we haven’t had good service since. Tonight after a couple years of not coming in we thought we would give it another shot but sat at a table for over 20 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged by a server even though we were told to sit wherever and food was delivered to the table behind us. Needless to say this is the last straw for us and will not be back again. I used to be a restaurant owner so I am writing this review to try to bring light to the owners you definitely need to train your wait staff better.

It is rare that I order Uber Eats because of the extra charges that are part of the cost, which I understand, having been a delivery driver before. With that being said, I gave Mugs and Jugs a try, as I am new to the neighborhood. If this food was a representation of their menu, I will never eat there again, period. I ordered the ribs, baked beans, and macaroni and cheese. I’m a huge fan of all three of these, or I would not have ordered them. The macaroni and cheese was worse than Stove Top macaroni, and it did not have a consistent color to it. It’s either going to be yellow, white, but not something in between. It lacked cheese, it lacked flavor, it lacked seasoning. It was just awful. The baked beans, I’m not even sure I can say they were baked beans. Baked beans have a consistent color, consistency, and a taste to them. These baked beans were somewhere between tart and tangy, and even adding brown sugar and other substances to it to improve the taste did not help very much at all. I will say, I ordered ribs that were supposed to have a sauce mixed with them. I’m not even sure where the sauce is, but the ribs were falling off the bone, and it took this meal from a two to a four. I am unsure if I will give them another time or another opportunity to improve themselves. I have been told their wings are better, but this food was atrocious. Not sure if it’s the cooks or what, but wow.

Our first time here. The place is clean, and dark with some light. I don’t know what they are trying to do to the bake beans cuz they don’t taste right the ranch dressing is great the wings are great the Ruben is good the French dip i had was terrible you can see it had no meat. For 11$
And the loaded fries were okay but not for 12$ . Not for a half order. Beer cheese and bacon. They take your glass for refills. Just Disappointed. And the waitress don’t believe in cleaning off the table with your dirty dishes. Just disappointed 330 pm not busy

Was my dad‘s 89th birthday and he wanted to go to mugs and jugs. First of all our waitress had so many face piercings and looked like she was on something. I ordered meatloaf, and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever put in my mouth! Everyone at the table agreed it was horrible and look like a cow patty pulled out of the field. my dad‘s dinner was the fish basket and that was well overcooked. he couldn’t eat all of it because of that. Then my mom ordered just wings and french fries, her french fries came after she was done eating. And the chicken tenders my son got was well overcooked and very dry. There was not one thing that was ordered that was at all acceptable. I feel bad because it was my dad‘s birthday and what he wanted. and I wasted $74 for the worst experience.

I have to say, I drive by this place everyday and always wanted to check it out. Did not disappoint. The waitress was attentive and nice. The food was really good and hot which I appreciate. Will definitely come back. A hidden little gem in my opinion for a quick bite.

I have eaten here twice. My husband always liked their fish sticks and fries; while I liked their Alfredo pasta. I also tried their grilled salmon but I am not a fan of hard and burned food. About the desserts, their key lime pie is amazing but the chocolate cake is horrible that I even couldn’t have the second bite. About the serving: The waitresses were so nice and happy. I also love about how spacious the restaurant is.

My daughter and I were craving wings tonight. We didn’t want to get them from a chain restaurant. Decided on Mugs N’ Jugs. They are probably some of the best wings that I’ve ever had. We also tried the Fried Pickle Spears. Got my hubby the French Dip. Definitely will try the wings again, but different flavors. The medium is always our go-to when trying wings from someplace new.
