Was looking for a decent margarita anywhere near the area. (I’m from southeast Texas). Lots of disappointing things in this area. But this place was great. I would give zero stars if I could. Went to eat dinner at 4:30 pm and waited for 20 minutes not to be greeted or anything. We decided to walk out, but then decided to go talk to a manager. Her response was a shift change. You mean to tell me you had a shift change for 20 minutes. Then as we leave she’s laughing at me. Yeah no thank you. Will never be back.

We ordered traditional and boneless wings tonight with mild sauce. Also ordered dipping sauce for the wings. Both types of wings were extremely dry, neither had the sauce on them we had ordered and we did not get the dipping sauces we had ordered. This was an on-line order and when I went I pick up the order the lady nearly threw the package to me. I understand many restaurants are shorthanded, but this was an online order with specific instructions. The order was very explicit. The order was supposed to come with fries and they were not there. Not a good experience.

I was driving through the area when I started to get a hankering for some chicken wings. I regularly frequent my local “BWW Go” in Northport, AL for these cravings. I’m practically addicted to the bone-in, spicy garlic wings. Sooo good! Well, this time I was driving my semi truck about 30min west of Monroe, LA when that urge hit me. I looked in the app for the closest location and saw this one would be coming up on my route. I also noticed that the app was offering a BOGO on bone-in wings, since it was a Tuesday. I’ve taken advantage of the BOGO 50% off numerous times but this was even better! I noticed that it said “dine-in” only, but that wasn’t an option in my case. As previously mentioned, I was in a semi truck, and you can’t exactly fit that in a lot of places. I did notice that there was an Academy Sports store maybe a block away, so I would be able to squeeze in there and walk to BWW. I quickly called this BWW location and explained my situation. I acknowledged that it was a dine-in only deal and asked them if they could make an exception for this situation. They obliged and that was the deciding factor for me to come in on this occasion. When I arrived, I was greeted by “Eric” at the to go desk. He was very friendly and helpful. My food was ready since I called ahead and I was able to get back on the road with minimal loss in driving time. I understand the reasoning behind the rules but I’m very grateful that they were able to make it work for me in this case. I did tip Eric like a table service to keep up my end of the dine-in arrangement. Overall, great visit, friendly staff, and absolutely delicious wings! I come through this area fairly often, so I’ll likely be stopping back by in the near future.

As soon as my fiancé and I walked in, there was a strong smell of weed, which was very off-putting. The food was mediocre at best and definitely overpriced for the quality. The service was extremely slow—we waited a long time just to be served, and it took hours for the food to come out. I also deliver for DoorDash, and orders from this location are never ready, no matter how long I wait before arriving. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I’ve been a customer here for years and never had an issue, I ordered delivery and when my food arrived I took a bite and saw that my chicken was raw. After 10 minutes of calling and letting the phone ring to voicemail somebody finally picked up. I told them the issue and they said they were going to get a manager. Someone else picked up the phone and responded like I had just called so I informed them that I was waiting on a manager due to the issue. A different man picks up and says the same script line so I just explain myself again. I was able to get a refund thankfully but this was just ridiculous.

Came in for lunch today and got sat immediately. There were a few tables, but not busy at all. We sat down and waited for 20 minutes before anyone asked what we wanted to drink, and the person that did ask what we wanted to drink wasn’t even our server, either she was in training or just shadowing the server, i have no clue. We continued to wait for someone to get our order, then our designated server asked us if anyone got our food order we said no and she just walked away. The same trainee then came to take our order wrote everything down and even repeated it back to us, after an hour we finally got our food and we’re missing a burger the “trainee” that’s supposed to be our server said “she didn’t tell me anything about a burger” i guess she put the burger in but at this point no one came back to check on us. We didn’t have any napkins, refills, or the sauces we had wanted to request because again, no one came to check on us. Our server walked passed us to say the burger is coming , but when i say walked passed i mean LITERALLY kept walking as she’s saying it and didn’t even let us ask for anything. eventually had to call her over for the check and heard the trainee talking by the soda station saying i never ordered the said burger (literally watched her write it down AND she repeated the order back) we’ve been to this location multiple times and have never experienced this kind of service. Will not be returning for a while. Corporate, get your people under control or new management. That was ridiculous.

I placed an online order and when checking in at the to-go counter, the young lady was very sweet and attentive as soon as I walked up. After getting the food and eating it, the wings and the fries tasted old and were cold to the point we barely ate half of our meal. My spouse and I are highly dissatisfied and, seeing that there was not much business going on during the time of pickup, I would have expected to have hot and fresh food made, but sadly, our food did not satisfy us.

The best BWW experience I’ve ever had. I had SB as my server and he was so attentive. He anticipated my every need and I didn’t have to ask for anything while there. The food was great and I’ll definitely be back to that location when I’m in town. The food was nice and hot, plus it all came out quickly just before the game started.
