Arrived to a long drive thru line but only had to wait about 5 minutes to get to mic to order. It was automated which is wild! But AI was accurate. 2 sandwiches with 2 Bo-rounds was $20.01. it took roughly 10 minutes to get to the window. My food was already bagged and waiting before I got there. Overall, food was fresh, received in a relatively timely fashion, and the one human I dealt with sent me off with a “have a good day”.

Arrived at 4:51 to get a 12 piece. First off the ai at the windows works but it’s annoying. There was one other customer we waited about 20 minutes and went inside finally to figure out. When we went inside there was only 2 workers. She said they were working on the order but only had 1 breast. I’m not sure how many are supposed to come with the order. I wasn’t even worried about what pieces we got. The lady had dirty clothes her hair was a mess and she had a bad attitude. This restaurant is a mess if your the owner or manager you should be ashamed and aware.

Ordered online. Arrived to pick up and was not acknowledged, asked anything or even LOOKED at for >10 minutes. Walk up customer came in 10 minutes after me, orderd off sign menu and got his order wll before I got mine. Multiple drive thru orders served while I waited. When food finally placed on counter, still no eye contact and no “Thank you.” Got home and had 8 piece mixed instead of ordered 8 piece dark meat. AND, chicken wasn’t hot. NOT cold, but clearly the chicken was cooked and ready long before it was given to me. I live 1/2 mile from this restaurant.

Absolutely terrible service. Automated drive thru. Staff was not friendly what so ever once I got to the window. I was asked to pull to the side to waitfor food and now there are 3 cars pulled over waiting on food. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning. 2/9/26 8pm

What a disgrace!! Why can’t corporate fix these locations? Went today to get chicken and the lobby doors were locked, no sign explaining why. Went to drive thru and no chicken on menu. So I left. If the drive thru is open why isn’t the lobby!!? Ridiculous!!

AI cut off my ordering halfway through. No one will answer me at the ordering area. Went to window to explain situation but they refused to allow changes. Not coming back to any Bojangles as long as they are doing AI at drive thru. 20 minute wait wasted due to terrible customer service.

Truck Driver looking to get a meal and continue on my route. I ordered a 3 piece meal with two sides and a pie which they did not place in the bag .There was no chicken done .My wait was at least 40 minutes as I had to wait on others before me .

i went to this location today and i got the cajun fillet biscuit and when i was eating it i noticed that the chicken was completely raw. and when i went back to the store to get a refund, the manager was extremely rude to me and acted like they didn’t care about how they served me very undercooked food that could have gotten me very sick. not only that but the manager was also laughing about the situation as if it was funny. all they cared about was getting me out of the store. i do not recommend this location.
