Absolutely amazing service with great quality food and a genuine hometown feel. Tallulah and Paisley were really friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Also was a new experience that my sweet potatoes came with Melted marshmallow! Our food came out quickly. I would definitely recommend!

Came in for a Big Ugly Elk burger. I ordered it Cajun with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle. The Cajun mayo had some kick. The bun was smaller than the burger. The bun had a nice sear, very crisp and tasty. Altogether, the sandwich was spectacular. I finished it, then had my picture taken for the wall!

Bad service ruined our visit. Food and atmosphere were above average. I watched other servers walk by 11-12 times. Only seen ours 3x, we hadnto ask another server to run them down third time. Asked to speak with manager who never showed. Food portion and taste were good but I added bacon for like $2 and was disappointed that it was bacon bits and not strips of bacon. Plus the tomatoe was barly bigger then the pickle.

What a random, simple, cool place! As you can see on their menu, they seem to have perfected what they do well and stuck with it. Simple but good, especially if you like building your own burger to order.
I went with a group of 14 coworkers for lunch today (9/2022 – Thursday @ 11:45). Our server, Jason, was extremely patient, polite and friendly, and all of our orders appeared to come out right, but it felt like it took forever to get our food, so I’m not sure who was to blame for that. Especially considering none of us attempted the “Big Ugly Challenge” they appear to be famous for… just look at their walls covered in pictures of people who have beat it.
I personally would have preferred to sit outside on their enormous patio, and I’m sure it’s an entirely different vibe at various days/times throughout the year, but this time around, I’ll say overall it was a nice experience. Not super busy. And seemed like the perfect setting and opportunity to get to know my teammates and coworkers just a little bit better.

Honestly had a pretty terrible experience here the other day, despite my burger being otherwise good it was extremely overcooked (ordered medium rare and came out well done). Let my server know that my burger came out this way and watched her take it to the kitchen and get loudly and rudely berated by the chefs. Not a good look for the restaurant to have their back of house staff yelling at the kids working on the floor, especially when the issues are kitchen based.

What a fantastic burger! Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten a lot of burgers. The beef was cooked to a perfect medium and the onion ring flavor was extremely memorable. If you’re ever in the Zville area, this is the place to go for a great meal.
